Heres the official top five(Based on facts & feats only) . Note: parallel opposites count as one *_*

#1 Kaguya - Goddess of NV, everyone(Team 7,Her sons,pre-shinobi world) acknowledged her as such.

#2 Naruto/Sasuke - Naruto held his own against kaguya, enough said. Sasuke visual prowess was troublesome to even kaguya, as Naruto's parallel opposite he shares this position. Note: Hagoromo & Hamura are also entitled to this position as they defeated Kaguya also.

#3 Madara - Was basically a less powerful version of Kaguya FACT! He almost exploded from the chakra that creates her base form, she consumed/solo'd him rather easily with pure chakra alone. Madara is a beast nonetheless as he solo'd 70% of NV before he died lol his power was truly great.

#4 Obito - Was basically a less powerful version of madara. However he also possessed the most overpowered/haxxed S/T jutsu in NV, Kamui(Authority of the Gods).

#5 Hashirama - For obvious reasons, i don't need to explain his epicness.

OT: 1. Madara ( Soloed 99.9999% of NV before dying, has soloed everyone except Hiruzen )
2. Hagormoo/Kaguya ( Op as fk, Hagormoo is almost as powerful as Madara but still lacks a little, Kaguya just has more chakra than Madara and that's it. )

Hagoromo & Hamura tie in with Naruto & Sasuke as their greatest feal is defeating Kaguya.

Juubi jin madara had rinnegan + 9 tomoe Rinnegan which made him stronger than kaguya.

Naruto stomped and cut Kaguya several times which makes naruto stronger than kaguya.Only problem which naruto had face is sealing her off.

Kaguya was clearly stronger than sasuke as sasuke's PS and S/T was useless against kaguya.

Juubito was able to use Bijuu damas of Juubi and he had godou damas which IMHO makes him stronger than sasuke but sasuke fanboys will not gonna accept it

2 kaguya shes below sasuke cuz sasuke beat her

3 hagoromo brought everyone back from the different dimension

I could agree to this, nice one but hamura would be up there also. "DMS" Kakashi was only temporary to help deal with Kaguya, he no longer has sharingan.
