Legit display of Naruto's characters power/strength in dragon ball's standards of Ki

Hello guys, I know that most of memebers will be sceptical about comparision made between Naruto characters and Dragon Ball manga. It could be very hard to meassure Naruto's characters in dragon Ball's standards of measuring power/strength. In Naruto raw power is not the most important but also skills and variety of different techniques play very important/key role also.

RULE:

I believe KCM Naruto may be too much overrated in this case... as he would be more legit opponent for Old King Picoolo. Based on this list here I would see right measurement of Naruto's characters in dragon ball's standard:

Itachi - Tenshinhan 22rd budokai
DSM Kabuto - Tambourine(one demon of King Picoolo)
KCM Naruto - Old King Picoolo
EMS Sasuke - Young King Picoolo
BM Naruto/Nagato - Goku (against Young King Picoolo)
BSM Naruto/BM Minato - Mr. Popo
SM Hashirama - Kami(Namekian)
SM Rinnegan Madara - Tenshinhan 23rd Budokai
Ten tails host Obito - Picoolo Jr./23rd budokai Goku

END of dragon ball(manga part 1- before timeskip)
The begining of dragon ball Z(manga par 2 - after timeskip)

Ten tails Madara - Raditz

Personal Assumption:

Rinnegan Sasuke - Mr. Popo or even Kami(with SM)
Nine tomoe Rinnegan Sasuke - Kami or even 23rd budokai Krillin(with SM)
Rikudou mode Naruto - Kami
Ten tails pseudo mode Naruto - 23rd budokai Krillin
no Ten tails Jin Rikudou Sennin - 23rd budokai Goku
Ten tails Jin Rikudou Sennin - Nappa or even Vegeta's level saiyan saga
Ten tails Jin Naruto(after befriending of Juubi) - Goku x4 Kaioken sayian saga
