Let's say terrain is in a destroyed Kumo?




Upon reaching Kumogakure to visit my bro, Broly, I near instantly took note of the unimaginable sight that lie before my eyes. Kumo was no more, it was but a massive pile of rubble scattered across what was once a beautiful terrain of mountains, rock and water. To my surprise I saw a man in the distance with a full body cloak, similar to how I was wearing my nekura cloak at the moment. As I approach mid range of the man I see that he was unscathed, not even corressed by a single particle of dust. He obviously didn't belong, and for some reason the sight of a fallen Kumogakure set me off, I instantly attacked. I swiftly opened a portal a few feet in front of me whilst shouting at you. What the hell is this????!!!!!

Description: Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them. Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Right after creating the portal I extend my left arm in order to create a lightning-drawn bow in hand. With the bow created I pull my right hand back by my head like I was pulling the string on the bow back, thus creating an arrow if condensed lightning. Upon creation I insert fire chakra to the arrow, highly heating it and increasing its killing potential. I'd then fire the arrow at you, which would track you, coiling around your body in order to electrocute you right in place. The creating and shooting of the arrow happen quickly, hurling itself through the portal before heading at you. When it goes through the portal it catches Keigoku inside of it, having an arrow shaped Keigoku blob inside of it.

Description: The user holds out his left arm in front of him as if he is holding a bow and creates a lightning-drawn bow and draws back the right arm by his head, while creating a lightning bolt arrow. The bow and arrow are completely made of lightning. The user then adds a small bit of fire chakra to the bolt, increasing it's burning capabilities. The user then releases said arrow at the target. The bolt follows the enemy’s body heat (like a heat-sensing tracker). Once it has caught up to the body of the enemy, the bolts then begin to circle around the enemy's body in a spiraling fashion from the ankles up, wrapping the enemy up, and binding him, electrocuting him/her.

First suna and now Kumo, what the hell is going on

Thought Grimmjow as he stood in the center of the destruction. He was nearby when it happened, a loud squealing noise followed by an explosion, by the time he got there the only thing left where the charred buildings and the blood splatter of what once was the Kumogakure ninja. It was exactly the same as Suna except this time he heard it, it came from the sky he knew that much, but while he was pondering his thoughts he could hear the feint footsteps of someone approaching. His guard instantly went up as he tugged his hood over his face hiding all but his bone mask. As the foot steps got closer he was able to pin point the direction and swiftly spun around to face his approacher. It didn't take long before the silhouette behind the dust took shape, it was a man wearing a full bodied cloak just like Grimmjow, except it seemed his face was visible, but from this distance and with the dust it was hard to get a good look or indentify him. The silence was broken as a portal opened infront of the man and he screamed at Grimmjow, did this kid really think Grimmjow had done all this? Although he'd love to take credit for it, it wasn't his doing this time. As soon as the portal opened up Grimmjow took offensive action and weaved 3 swift handseals and then stomped the ground. Below the man 3 spikes of Adamantine would shoot out of the ground aiming to impale his rib cage and spine, the fourth is launch close to Grimmjow but still towards the man, but this one is aimed higher so that if he tried to leap upwards to dodge he would be hit by the 4th spike. As all 4 spikes erupted from the earth Grimmjow then swiftly slammed his palms on the ground summoing a massive ammount of water 25m in the sky which would come crushing down on the man.


(Kongoton: Shawa-kongo) - Adamantine Release: Adamant Shower

Description: The user will form three hand seals and then stomp on the ground. Upon doing this up to four dozen adamantine spears will fire out of the ground upwards, skewering whatever lays above them. These spears can be fired off at an angle as well allowing them to be aimed like a barrage of arrows.
-Can be used twice per battle.
-No adamantine techniques S-rank or above the following turn.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.
