Id have to say Sannin because oro is too much for sasuke if he's healthy IMO and jiraiya was fast when he had sage mode and he pretty much has unlimited chakra with ma and pa and sakura cant beat tsunade.

Tsunade take Sakura, no logical person can argue this.
Naruto surely takes J-man because he mastered sage mode better than the J-man and even though he has infinite supply from ma and pa, Kyuubi mode is probably too over powering.
Sasuke vs oro is tough because people will say (maybe) that sasuke beat oro which is not completely true and sasuke himself said oro was already weak so a healthy oro not trying to take his body would be very different.
Shit I can't decide. Lets see if someone pulls off a good argument.

If Orochimaru uses Edo Tensei and summons a horde of people back then the Sannin could win this...Among Naurto, Sasuke, and Sakura none of them knows sealing jutsu so Edo Tensei would be a difference maker.

Id have to say team 7... i'm sad about it.

Sakura i don't really see as a thread against the 3 sannin....

Sasuke will be trouble and of course Naruto but i think Sasuke will either be dead or greatly injured after this fight.

Naruto in BM will still have high difficulty considering the Sannin's abilities and they (probably) have great teamwork since they grew up together and knew eachother for many years.

Tsunades healing abilities and summon, combined with Orochimaru, his summons, Hydra, Edo tensei, and many snakes and techs, also with SM, Genjutsu ma and pa and thousands of high class techniques and tons of summons.

It won't be easy....

Orochimau has edo tensei and could summon the lots of other ninjas.
Sannin win with difficulty.
Tsunade beats Sakura.
Jiraiya beats Sasuke.
Orohimaru with Edo tensei beats Naruto.
