I know he can't. The reason he and base Minato cant' is because Orochimaru and Tsunade are so hard to put down. They're so damn tenacious, its pretty ridiculous. They are not decapitating either of them with a FTG blitz or stabbing them anywhere that is going to kill them. The only arguable premise is that would SM Minato have enough physical power to decapitate them? Even that's debatable in my opinion.

Albeit Gato has no durability feats to assume this is great. But, Minato and Tobirama's own speed coupled with the ability to use their actual hands should greatly make up for this and allow them to replicate a similar feat.

Actually they have more powerful jutsu. The only thing the Hokage have in their favor is ftg, which is more useful for avoiding attacks.

If anything for those to be "hokage" their jutsu are rather "pathetic"

He's cocky until he's pushed into a corner. While the Hokage have the ability to add pressure, forcing him to take them seriously, they lack the techniques to put him down once he does get serious. That is if one went on a suicide mission. They is what gave Itachi the edge, making him Orochimaru's destined enemy.
