No prep time for anyone, and a quick fix. The only person that can't access Bijuu mode Is Naruto. Yugito, B, Gin, and Kin can still utilize theirs.

Doesn't matter. Bee still has the upperhand. None of them have an awnser to Bijudama due to Minato not having prep. Then theres the 8 Tails Whirlwind.
