As Ghost is about to leave the area he turns back to nova "theres a storm coming...where will you be when it hits?" he leaves lake hylia and walks across hyrule field and a big poe appears. Within 3 seconds Ghost throws a knife at it and collects the spirit in his empty jar. He continues onto the Kokori forest and stands at the entrance to the lost woods

Rayne can see 5 mysterious shadows surrounding a box. "Weird..."

Nova: well once I catch a third fish I will be heading out to another village

As Ghost enters the lost woods he mutters a spell and an orb of light hovers above him, leading him where he wants to go. Eventually it comes to a part of the forest with a chest in it. There are 5 dinaflos guarding it but they pay him no mind. He opens the chest and takes the shard

Zack: *finishing exploring the Alter of the sun takes out his Hookshot and zips across the lake using the tree Nova is under* Hey I got what I came for....

*Puts the fish in the sack. Nova starts to walk towards a small village*

Walking back across the field, ghost decides to sit in he grass and empty his bag to examine its contents. It contains 5 shards, twin daggers, throwing knives, a book of spells, a glass jar with a big poe spirit in it, and a fishing rod. He decides to study the book of spells.

 

[TheSyren]

Syren is sitting in the lost woods, humming a tune quietly as he watches the fireflies do their dance. *he reaches into his bag and pulls out his violin, which oddly enough was able to fit in there, and plays the melody he had been humming, the Song of the Lost Woods. as he plays, the fireflies pair off and dance in spirals, trailing mystical paths of light behind them upon their rise. he sways his head back and forth, rocking too and fro, as the song continues, reaching more complex patterns and filling the forest with echoes of each enchanted stanza. he softly sings to himself, with a voice like a child, as he continues to play his entrancing song, the Song of the Lost Woods.

Syren stops his playing and relishes in the echoes that continue to play back. perfect copies that never end; the magic of the Lost Woods.

Zack: Alright then my friend sounds good...*hears another noise behind them and takes out his bow, drawing an arrow and launching it into a nearby bush, spliting a Stalfos' skull in half* Nova prepare yourself.... We are not alone....

*Suddenly 6 Stalfos leap out from the cover of the woods and attack*

*Nova pulls out his magical staff*
Nova: oh good I was feeling a bit tired

 

[Ririku]

Zack: You take three... I take three *puts away his bow and arrow and draws his sword and shield* For Hyrule!!!!!

*Zack rushes forward and intercepts one of the Stalfos' blade with his shield before taking a low slash at its leg, cutting it at the knee, Zack then turns and reflects another sword strike*

Stalfos: We have come...for your soul...We have come....for your courage.... *The stalfos rushes at Zack with a flurry of attacks* The more people die.... the greater our ranks become....wont you join....us?

Zack: *grips his shield tight and parries the blow before charging the second Stalfos and delivering a crushing shield bash to knock it down and then pops off its head with his shield* My courage will not falter!!! Even if I die... The spirit of Courage shall always live on!!

*Nova relaxes as the stalfos draws closer*
Nova: Well than I guess the fight begins now
*Nova easily parties their attack with utter ease*

Zack: *notices Nova's improved form and smiles* Ah Nova!!! It seems you have been practicing more than just magic... The Most Courageous Mage of Hyrule is full of surprises... Do not forget that book I gave you.....

*Zack turns around and sees the first Stalfos has tied his leg back up and is rushing towards him, Zack takes a moment to hold out his blade slightly behind him. Zack had run this drill over quite a few times and knew of the perfect striking range of his blade. As the Stalfos reached striking range it drew it's shield up to its head to protect itself from beheadding, a wise choice but unfortunately Zack was once again aiming for the legs, in one swift motion Zack had stepped forward and spun his blade around in a low sweeping motion, cutting completely through both bone legs before carrying on the momentum and using it to the slash through the rib cage*

Nova: I won't I hope they are just warming up because this is getting boring.
??????: we haven't begun to try yet.
*The attacks continue to come at Nova. The average attack speed increases. Swinging his staff around he causes the does to slowly back away to avoid getting hit. Nova appears calm and relax. Due to his appearance this enrages his foes a bit*
Nova: I always have a trick up my sleeve

Zack: *stares his last opponent down* So.... Your allies are all but dead.... *Zack points his blade out to him* I sense in your possession 2 Shards of courage....

Stalfos C: Yes... I have 2 and my partner over there has two.... You shall not be able to defeat us....We once served you Captain... Zackariah....but all must succumb.... to the darkness

Zack: *frowning* I am sorry soldier....Allow me to ease your pain....I will send you back to the other side...*Zack firmly grips his blade and prepares to engage the Stalfos Captain*

The ghosts guarding the box look back at Rayne and start to screech in an earsplitting tone. Rayne covers her ears trying to zone out the noise. "Agh.... I need to silence them or I'll never know what's in that box!" Rayne quickly pulls out the harp remembering what Zack said about it. "I wonder if what he said was true... I hope it was!" She strums the harp and somehow that sound takes over the sound of the screeching.
