As he approaches the clearing, he notices a small pool of water beside a stone slab marked with a pyramid of triangles. "the path to lake hylia has been shown to me. Triforce guide me." he straps in his shields and dives in, using the added weight upon his arms to drag him onwards.

Syren unequips his shields and rises to the surface near the steps, spluttering as he surfaces. He coughs and gasps as he takes in air. "oh lord, who would... Ugh, have thought the path ended at the bottom of the lake?

As the crew made their way deeper into the island Marc got the strangest sense of forboding. "We're being hunted." Edward stated as if it was nothing but a casual everyday activiy to be tracked. "A small scouting party, they'll send runners to get the main force to box us in then ambus us when we least expect it." he explained. Marc pulled his longsword from his back and held the weapon at ready. "Perhaps we should kill them now and not worry about the ambush later. Edward smirked and nodded giving a signal to the other crew members. in a flash of movement they fanned out into the bushes and trees. The sounds of combat errupted as Marc and his fellows engaged the boboklin.


(btw the sword is a 2h weapon about the size of the bigoron sword but with the frostmourne desgin)
