There’s no response from the voice.

Two ninja whose faces are not visible due to the mist attack armed with swords, he charges at his new opponents and the battle is underway. Sasuke has no trouble seeing through their attacks and acting accordingly even with the mist working against him, he then leaps back and forms the tiger seal.

A large fireball launches in their direction making the two ninja jump, Sasuke then launches a volley of shuriken at the ninja while they are in mid air, they dodge them all. Sasuke grins as the lightning infused strings attached to the shuriken tie up his opponents stripping away their freedom of movement and numbing them. He moves to end the battle but is intercepted by a large water dragon by another ninja. He releases another fireball to counter the attack and give him time to dodge. He then looks forward and sees that the two individuals he was fighting have disappeared into smoke.
Sasuke: *thinking* Clones…the mist is thickening. I almost couldn’t see it in time. These people are being controlled by genjutsu so I can’t just kill them, an individual who could do this must be very powerful. I can’t waste chakra dealing with these guys, I must save my strength for him. Sasuke moves back to Sakura.
Sakura: Sasuke-kun…
Sasuke: Sakura, I'll create a chance for you to leave and deal with this myself.
Sasuke summons a hawk which carries Sakura out of the battlefield and drops her on a building a good distance away. The hawk returns and Sasuke jumps on its back, it levitates Sasuke above the mist.

The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball.
The massive dragon launches downwards toward the mist and evapourates it. The hawk descends on the now visible enemies and Sasuke jumps down from it and activates his Susanoo in its skeletal form. The Raging god of Battle captures four of its enemies and squeezes them till they lose consciousness. Sasuke charges at another two positioned on a roof, Susanoo attacks them with its four arms, they evade but are distracted allowing Sasuke to cut them down but not kill them. Sasuke directs his attention to another three whose flak jackets show that they are from Iwagakure and moves to finish them.

The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall
They create a collaborated massive wall of earth in front of them to block Sasuke and one of them forms a seal. Sasuke uses his Susanoo to destroy the wall.

A sharp needle like entity erupts from beneath Sasuke’s Susanoo and is aimed directly for his head. He narrowly manages to evade by jumping away at the last moment, putting some distance between himself and them.
Sasuke: That was close!

The ground divides to form a deep chasm which swallows Sasuke up.
Sasuke: What!
As Sasuke falls to the bottom of the deep pit created for him, the third ninja throws a volley of kunai fitted with explosive notes inside the chasm and performs a technique. Sasuke notices this and summons his hawk which begins to fly him out of the pit.

A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
The wind drastically increases the speed of the kunai as they move downward towards Sasuke and they explode creating a devastating explosion which is increased in power by the wind technique and causes the walls of the chasm to cave in on Sasuke. The chasm is completely covered with Sasuke still in it. A man jumps down from a building and walks out to the three ninja. It is the Sage who rounded up the ninjas and put them under genjutsu.
Sage: Surely it couldn’t have been that easy to destroy…..
At that moment Sasuke bursts out of the hole riding the hawk and with his Susanoo activated and unleashes a wave of Amaterasu to put down his attackers. The last three Iwa ninja are hit and collapse immediately but the flames stopped mid air in front of the sage and couldn’t move any closer to him.
Sasuke:*thinking* What?
He uses the arms of Susanoo to carry the three Iwa ninja engulfed in flames and leaps backwards. He uses his Mangekyo to extinguish the flames on their bodies.
Sage: Interesting, these are the black flames I heard of. ‘Amaterasu’ they were called….then you must be the Uchiha Sasuke.
Sasuke: Why did you attack me?
Sage: I wanted to test your strength and I must say I’m impressed.
Sasuke: Test my…who the hell are you?
The Sage unseals a sword from a piece of paper on his wrist and charges at Sasuke with blinding speed Sasuke shields with the ribcage of Susanoo but the sword begins cutting through it and then Sasuke blocks the sword with his lightning infused Kusanagi blade.
Sasuke: How…
Sage: This is a special creation of mine, it absorbs the chakra of anything it touches and converts it to lightning increasing its cutting power. Your sturdy defense is a manifestation of chakra after all so it’s really no match for me though I’m surprised I haven’t cut through this sword of yours.
Sasuke: This is the sword of Kusanagi.
Sage: Even more interesting. I searched for it for years though it can’t save you here.
The Sage presses down on Sasuke with his immense strength and his blade inches closer and closer to Sasuke. Sasuke manifests the arms of Susanoo to crush him but as they come close to him they stop in mid air and are unable to move any closer to him. Sasuke then uses Amaterasu on him but it once again stops in mid air unable to move any closer to him.
Sasuke: What the hell?
Sage: Senpo: Kakura Kanchi Kekkaibo. A powerful barrier that reacts to any danger that I sense in Sage Mode and stops the incoming attack no matter how fast. You’re finished.
Sasuke: Guess I’ll have to use…
The Sage suddenly leaps away from Sasuke as he notices a shadow creeping towards him. It’s Shikamaru who is positioned on a rooftop with Sakura, Kiba, Ino and Chouji.
Shikamaru: Failed, huh? Geez, I get home and my mum screams at me for staying out late and when she finally stops I go to bed, Sakura comes to scream at me to get up. So troublesome.
Sage: Nara, huh? It’s been quite a long time since I’ve seen one.
Shikamaru: Hope I wasn’t too late Sasuke.
A cloud passing over Konoha descends and encompasses the Sage.
Sage: I've had enough. You're not today's target anyway.
Shikamaru: Who then is your target?
The cloud fades away and the Sage has dissappeared.
