Legend of Korra Season Finale: Aang Might Appear within Korra

Do you remember at the end of the original avatar when Aang, while in the avatar state was about to strike the final blow to the fire lord?
In that moment Aang was not in control of his body. The past avatars were in control and were speaking, through Aang, to the fire lord. They were passing judgement on the fire lord.
Then before they finished him off Aang regained control.

In the avatar state you do call upon the powers of the past avatars.. so my theory is that when Korra, if and when she does go in to the avatar state will be controlled by Aang or Aang might speak thru her to Amon.

After all Aang was originally the one who could take bending away so it would be an interesting conversation. What would Aang have to say and how would Amon respond? Maybe it could show how Amon got his powers?

.. it is all speculation, but it could likely happen.

Any thoughts?

Hmm, if that happened it'd probably clear up all the speculation about who or what Amon is. Which in my opinion would be bad because he's such an interesting character, I wouldn't want to be disappointed by what he really is xD.

amon is tobi who uses his sharingan to teleport between naruto verse and korra verse. on another note it could be possible but why aang do all those evil deeds?

No.. Aang has no reason to take over the city him and Zuko built and go as far as to take away bending and go on a rampage. He was a peaceful spirit/Avatar and that would go against everything the monks taught him. He couldn't even "kill" Ozai.

What I was going for was the possibility of Aang fighting through Korra just as other avatars fought through Aang (Roku fought through Aang during the Solstice if you recall) not exactly Amon being revealed or anything like that.. atleast not just yet. But maybe we would learn something that Aang knows?

I dont necessarily think that it will be that simple. Also I do not believe that Amon would lose that easily even if Korra does go into the Avatar state. She has no experience in it therefore she might not be able to control it, hence thats why I believe Aang will assist her while in that mode.

Aang is not Amon it wouldnt make sense. Korra is Aangs reincarnation.

I know I was expecting a big showdown. I was sad about the blood bendin bros tho. What Aang said "when we are at are weakest we are subject to change" and bam all the avatars appear. I expected more.
