Legend of Korra, Noatak?

Well, this thread has been made already, but i just want to make sure that did Noatak and Tarlock died?
Tarlock just used a gun with lightning and tried to hit Noatak. But who knows, maybe it was another people who just killed them and the enemy may be powerful, i have a feeling that Noatak is still alive after that explosion. But who cares about Tarlock, hes just an idiot.

So what do u guys think? Xd

Tarlock didn't try to hit Noatak, he used the lightning glove directly on the oil supply of the boat they were in, resulting in it combusting instantly, blowing them both to smithereens. With other words Tarlock committed suicide and took Noatak with him. It's highly unlikely they survived that. If they did, then it hasn't been confirmed nor even indicated in the slightest, so yeah currently they are dead.
