"My girls never really picked up metalbending if you ask me"-Toph
Makes you wonder how strong Toph really is, seeing as Suyin and Lin are bad-asses in Metal Bending.

I had to re-watch the episode to see that was Zuko's daughter o_O
I didn't notice her at first.
I already knew it from the trailer that was released of this season. Avatar wikia labelled her as Zuko's daughter and that's also the most logical assumption.

The fans already did that. The creators can't copy it. So they were forced to do something new. Tbh I don't mind. I prefer an original design to a Azula look alike. Makes her. ..distinguished.

Is that what u were looking 4?
Yes I know that art and why wouldn't the creators be allowed to use an artwork that's similar to existing fan art? They are the ones who created the series. They are the ones who created the character Azula. They are the ones who created the character of Zuko's daughter and they are the ones who simply have the rights on the series. How could they not be allowed to make one of their characters look like another one of their characters just because someone random on the internet already did that?

Copyright? Same reason why they can't use the term "avatar"

They use that term 10 times per episode. The original series is also called Avatar: The Last Airbender and the picture left of your speech bubble is also an avatar and I'm adding all the other meanings that word has to that.

If you are talking about the argument with Cameron's movie Avatar, that mainly had relevance to the life action movie based on the series. Having two completely unrelated movies called 'Avatar' would be quite problematic and confusing, so they had to settle for just The Last Airbender. There were some issues likewise with having the word Avatar in the title of the LoK series, however that and this are still very different as it focuses on the specific case of having a specific word in the title of a series.

If we would follow your logic, apparently the creators have to keep tabs on all the fan art that is made freely of THEIR series as somehow if they would coincidently use something that looks like an existing fan art, they are in trouble? If they wanted to make an Azula lookalike, they could have done it. Not in the least because they created Azula. You're turning everything upside down.
