Legalization or not

Ok, maybe similar threads have been done before, but in this period in my country grows always stronger the debate between pro and anti legalization. Here theorically smoking or selling pot is totally unallowed and punished by law, but it must be said that who wants to smoke a joint doesn't actually have to hide a lot. So if someone lives in a country where stuff is already legal, it would be great to hear his thoughts about how is living in a "stoner state".
Do you think pot must be legalized? and if yes, should it be free for all or allowed only to people who reached a certainly age, or limited at special places?

P.S. I'm not a smoker (never tried) and nor a fascist or a conservative. I have friends who are real potheads and friends that hate cannabis use/users. I'm not here to hear that marijuana is healthier than alcohol/tobacco cause I simply don't care, just it would be fine hear your thoughts about legalization

Well, if you can guarantee the psychotropic effect you are under when doing drugs is not a danger for other, then no problem. Life is yours anyway

I know that something similar is actually happened in Colorado. I just hope it's not because pot ****ed up their minds

Obviously. And no regulations and restrictions for the study thereof. Studies done on the herb are extremely restricted in many states to prevent the true potential of the herb to be revealed. Same goes for DMT, Ayahuasca, magic mushrooms, coca plant, etc.
