Suddenly the win blows a small sized source of mist as Luffy materializes from it in front of his student which had a peculiar look to him. "Why are you black & White?" asked Luffy with confused look on his face while scratching the back of his head. Without waiting for an answer, the stretchy man extended his legs and launched himself towards his student. In a fluid motion he retracted his legs back into place as he held his balance crouched directly in front of the man. With a curious face, he grabbed a held of the man's shins and poked at the leg muscles to see their sturdiness. "Hmm.. these won't do.. OH by the way! The name's Luffy, and I am going to be teaching you to go faster. What can you tell me about the weight training we are going to be doing? Have you heard anything about it?" With a smile on his face, he continued to inspect the fellow's leg muscles while also massaging them in the process, getting the blood pumping.
Why am I Black and White? Aren't you a little racist? White Zetsu complained as Luffy started checking his legs. Weight training? You simply put on weights on your legs which would initially slow you down. And after a certain amount of time, after you get used to the weight, your speed will be back to normal with the weights on. And when you remove the weights, your speed will increase to quite an extend. And if I finish this training, I get cookies. Zetsu folded his hands against his chest, waiting for an answer from Luffy.
Luffy bursted out laughing at his student's remark, who had yet given him a name to go by. All that knew was what he could see, which was a black and white monster in the form of a flytrap popping out of an oddly looking spandex suit. "Buahaha, you're funny!" replied Luffy as he crouched down and reached for his shins. He casually unstrapped his leg weights, causing them to fall to the sides as the sheer weight of them cracked the ground slightly. Luffy proceeded to look up to his student with a smile on his face. In a sudden burst, he pushed off of the ground with his right leg, zig-zagging his way towards his student. He quickly semi-circled around and appeared on the creature's left-hand side. Wrapping his right arm across his student's back and over his right shoulder, Luffy pointed with his left hand towards the dropped weights. "You see those things over there? They are the weights you just mentioned. Though of course, they aren't ordinary weights as it would be physically impossible to carry so much weight in small objects like that. The special trick is the sealing formula placed on them, which can be used to calibrate the weight of them. The seal is unique to each user, so I wouldn't be able to control or calibrate your weights, and neither would you be able to control mine. To begin this exercise, I will have you run towards those weights and put them on your legs. Be careful with explosive mines around the field when you get to them. Shishishsihs"

The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

What the...White Zetsu was surprised to see how much the speed difference was once the weights were down. But he did not express his surprise as he would normally have. He instead acted like he knew what was gonna happen.
Those weights better make me run fast rubber man. Or else I'm gonna melt the rubber out of you. Black Zetsu was never a fan of people who tried to show off. He simply walked towards the fallen leg weights carefully, so as to not trigger any landmines. Slowly, he strapped the leg weights on his legs and waited for Luffy's next instructions.

"Melt my Rubber? Shishishishi, you're funny." Luffy casually kneeled down as he slammed his hands on the ground, channeling his chakra into it, causing the land mines to activate. In a sudden surge, a chain reaction of explosions began to occur several meters behind his student. The explosions were wide spread and coming fast, if he was to survive, the student had to run for his life. "RUNNNNN!!!" yelled out Luffy whilst bursting out laughing. With the usage of the confrontation hand seal, Luffy began to calibrate the weight on the seals, causing them to weight several times over, making it extremely difficult to walk, let alone run. Luffy wanted to observe and see what his student could do under these circumstances with so much weight that his feet were barely able to be lifted off the ground. With a sudden twist, the weights had special seals inscribed inside, completely sealing off his student's chakra, not allowing him to perform any technique that required the use of chakra. "You better hurrrrrryyyyy!"
Zetsu suddenly feels the weight increase on his legs after Luffy performs the handseals. And to add to that, he starts exploding the landmines? Wha.....? You stupid piece of condom. You better not let me out of these, or I'll be eating you alive. Zetsu tries running, but he barely manages to walk. He exerts all his strength into one leg at a time, to get out of his position.
Luffy was too naive to know what a condom meant but that was the least of his worries. Noticing his student barely lifting his legs, began to worry him as sweat dripped from the side of his forehead. With the land mines going off in chains of explosions and closing in fast, Luffy acted quickly. He bursted in a blitzing manner, rushing behind his student's position whilst focusing on his water chakra. Upon stopping/arriving, a barricading wave of water was released that expanded in a circular fashion, protecting both himself and his student from the threats. "Phew... that was close.. I thought you'd be able to out-run it. I probably over-did the weight restriction on the formula. What you currently experienced was 75% of the weight that is necessary to complete this training successfully." By chaining the confrontation hand seal once again, Luffy lowered the weight of the formulas down to 45% as he began walking towards the mountain range.

We have to be careful though, as there are a lot of strange animals lurking around. LETS GO!!" yelled out Luffy in excitement as he began walking towards the mountain range, signaling his student to follow suit. Without his knowledge, a Bat & Lion Hybrid rising from the ground behind them with phasing abilities. With the release of ultrasonic sound waves, all exterior frequencies were being disturbed and canceled out, not allowing Luffy to hear anything. Meanwhile the tail of the creature swooped from beneath Zetsu's feet, knocking him off balance. With his chakra still sealed off, had to get by with his legs and ninja expertise to outrun the creature and catch up to his teacher.

Who gave you the license to teach? Are you even a legit Sensei? White Zetsu screamed out loud as soon as he realized that he was out of danger. Panting loudly, Zetsu simply kept listening to what Luffy had to say. He noticed how Luffy had performed a technique to reduce the weight on his legs.

He moved his legs with all his strength to follow Luffy, who was now speeding off at a very great speed. Or at least it felt like that since Zetsu himself was slow now.

So he called out to Luffy so that he could tell him about his experience, but somehow his voice wouldn't reach Luffy, who at the time, was busy jumping away towards the mountain range. Suddenly, Zetsu was knocked off by a tail emerging from the ground. He lost his balance and landed back on the ground. He realized that this tailed creature who was hiding under the ground must be the reason for his sound not reaching Luffy. With the weights on and his ninjutsu sealed off, Zetsu knew he didn't have much choice but to outrun the monster in the ground. He lifted his legs and ran in a zig-zag manner, being completely unpredictable, towards Luffy. He tried the best he could, with so much weight weighing him down.

"It was simply too difficult to our run the beast. By swiping its wings, a large gust of wind was released that rushed forward, knocking Zetsu off balance. Meanwhile, the hybrid bolted forward as it swooped its tail, knocking the student once again, only to be grabbed by the snaring tail. With its gaping mouth, the beast closed in on the trapped shinobi who was being held by one leg, dangling upside down. Being shook violently, his pouches began opening, causing him to drop his belongings if they weren't caught in time. If the beast was to be out ran or subdued, Zetsu had to utilize his wits to hinder it while dealing a leg strike to the beast's head."
OOC: Use your ninja weaponry as well as wits to get yourself out of the bind while dealing at least one leg blow to the head of the beast.
Zetsu was in a pickle now. Never had he ever faced a situation where he was tossed around in this manner. As the tools kept falling out from his pouch, Zetsu caught hold of a few. Quickly he launched a kunai targeting the beast's exposed eye. This caused the beast to cry out in pain as he loosened the grip on Zetsu. However Zetsu wouldn't just let the beast escape. He would run towards the beast with the heavy weight strapped to his ankle and perform a roundhouse kick on the beast's head.

"The beast's eye had successfully been struck be Zetsu's kunai, effectively causing it to bleed as it loosened its grip on the student, letting go of them. In painful response, the beast began stomping the ground causing small quakes that caused countless pillars of earth to erupt from the ground, making Zetsu lose balance. Meanwhile the wings were being forcefully flapped, causing a natural gust of wind that would push Zetsu back. If he was to successfully strike the beast, he would have to strategically travel through the pillars as a way to avoid the strong currents of wind. With its head back, the beast's vision was currently not focused on Zetsu, leaving a momentary opening for a strike to potentially be done for him to then flee. The wings however, kept on flapping, releasing a continuously gust of wind that would push everything back if they aren't cautious. "

With the erupted pillar blocking the beast's vision of him, Zetsu got a chance to finally strike back at him. Being sneaky was one of his best abilities. It was a part of who he was. As the beast flapped its wings, Zetsu hid behind one of the pillar, as he avoided the strong gust of wind coming from the flapping wings. And since it was being flapped towards his direction, he knew it would be difficult for him to move out of the hiding. The first thing he needed to do, was get the beast's attention elsewhere, so he would stop flapping the wings towards Zetsu's direction. He quickly counted the tools he had with him.
Zetsu quickly released a kunai with an explosive tag towards his left, which flew off in that direction before being blown back due to the force of the wind. As it flew backwards, Zetsu would mentally active the the tag to cause an explosion. The explosion was meant to divert the beast's attention to its right (to Zetsu's left) direction, so that it flaps the wings in a different direction and lets Zetsu pass through the pillars without being attacked. Zetsu, who now felt a little more comfortable wearing the weights, zig-zagged through the pillars of rock, cautiously, to reach the beast's left side, 3 meters away from him. Zetsu would quickly tag the remaining two tags to one of the kunais, before sneaking a little more closer to the beast, and stabbing it with the kunai. Zetsu would then quickly zig-zag his way out of there, drop a smoke bomb to conceal his movements, and gain a little more distance between himself and the beast, before activating the explosive tags and running off towards Luffy.

OOC: No need to apologize, we are in similar boats at the moment, haha. Btw, your chakra was still sealed off but lets go off with that explosive kunai counter because I liked it and you need some leeway against such a beast ;p
"Zetsu had successfully drawn the attention of the beast with the kunai that exploded off on the distance, causing the wings to be flapped into said direction, giving the student a small opening to enter within range. A loud growl was released by the aching beast as it had been damaged, causing it to fall back as the smoke spread and Zetsu fled. At this point Luffy was far too high on the mountain to notice the nature that his student was on. He did however, hear the explosion but shrugged it off as he was far to entertained by the wild life of the forest. Within the spur of the moment, a bee flew by Luffy's nose, causing him to forcefully sneeze as he released bullets of compressed water from his nostrils, causing them to explode into the ground, quaking the ground around him. With such an incline, several boulders began falling apart and rain down, rolling down hill towards the unsuspecting student. As the large house sized boulders rolled down, the trees were being pushed and broken along with them, causing for an avalanche of vegetation, trees and rocks to come down on Zetsu. The student was to find away out of the incoming tsunami of ruble to catch up to Luffy as he continued to head to the top of the mountain."
