Taijutsu is body arts, or hand to hand combat. Basically using your body as a weapon.

Leg weights hold the sole purpose to make the user used to that weight on their legs so when released, running speed and kicking power/speed will be greater than natural.

Ok, as i said before, Taijutsu literally means "Body Arts" or "Body skill". Simply being hand to hand combat without the use of weapons. The user will vigorously and continuously train their bodies to reach physical requirements to perform Taijutsu techniques and moves. Thats basically why it's called Hand to hand combat.Typically Taijutsu doesn't require chakra to perform, chakra can be used to improve the overall strength, efficiency and speed of the Taijutsu techniques used.

Normally, proficiency in Taijutsu is achieved by sheer physical exercise and training. The efficiency of the user's taijutsu is determined by the amount of physical stamina one possess and not by the amount of chakra reserves. When compared to Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, Taijutsu is typically faster to perform as it doesn't require hand seals and no manipulation of chakra takes place. However, Taijutsu can be used in coonjunction with ninjutsu or Genjutsu to increase the overall outcome and effects. Some good examples; Drunken monkey fist or Satsui no Hado.

This moves me on to leg weights. Leg weights to my understanding are numerous seals placed on the ankle wraps which when activated adds a massive amount of weight to each set. Once the seals are activated and the weight is increased on the weights that are around the ankles, they're used as training mechanisms. They're purpose is to make us used to moving at normal paces and speeds with them on, so when we finally take them off we gain physical boosts. We become 2x faster when it comes to running speed and all of our leg based Taijutsu attacks gain +20 damage from the gained strength and speed of the leg strikes. This successfully creates a chakra-free boost to the physical body, which is a perfect Taijutsu based boost.

1) The first clone runs at me with me doing the same. Once we near each other he attempts to throw a simple body kick to my left ribcage. I'd swiftly lift my left leg up while slamming the clones leg between my rising left leg and my left elbow which I slam down. This allows me to successfully intercept the leg, quickly motioning to do a clockwise rotation with my right leg as the pivot, thus throwing a kick straight to the clones groin area with the left leg I used to catch him. The clone should now bend down forward from the low blow, allowing me to spring up and do a backflip whilst kicking the clone in the chin in one swift motion. As I land he should be stumbling backwards from the hit and I simply run and lunge at him, delivering a dynamic entry to its chest.

2) The second clone sneaks me from behind, doing a kick to my right rib cage and blowing the air out of me. Instinctively I clinch on to the leg with my right arm, holding his leg against my torso. While holding his leg I spin a little and use my left leg to do a sweet chin music kind of kick to the clones chin, throwing him off balance as I let go of him. While he is thrown off balance I crouch down in order to do a clockwise spin with my right leg extended across the floor so that I can sweep the clone off of his feet. When the clone starts to fall from the sweep, I use the momentum from the spin to spring into the air, performing a front flip before coming down on the clones abdominal area with a heal drop.

3) After dispersing that clone another s
quares off with me, allowing me to actually catch sight of him. I'd start by kicking at the clone's knee with a quick little low kick empowered by chakra, forcing the clone to bend down a little. With the clone slightly bending down I Junp up to do a spinning high kick to the right ribs with my left leg, followed by using the momentum to keep spinning and delivering a quick follow up spinning back kick with my right leg.

4) I simply do a front kick to the clones chest, making him stumble a bit, though as he stumbled I'd still step forward to keep minimal space between us. As I invade the clone's personal space he throws a punch at me, but I drunkenly fall backwards, catching the fall with my hands over my head in order to quickly transition into a back hand spring of sorts. During the flip backwards I extend my right leg so that as I'm evading the punch with the "fall" I'm also delivering a swift kick to the face of the clone.

5) With the last clone coming at me, I take a different approach to taking him out. I throw a flash bomb behind me, allowing it to let off a bright flash that temporarily impairs the clones sight. I'd dash at the clone in a Burst of speed in order to slide across the ground and kick the clone into the air rock Lee style. Once the clone is airborne, I jump up and appear under it with the shadow leaf technique so that I can wrap my heavy scarf around its body (in place of bandages). With the clone airborne and restrained I deliver a series of knees and kicks to his back and sides, delivering 12 hits in total. Once those are done and we're descending, I grab him and rotate our bodies in mid air to where I'm on top, allowing me to put both feet on the clones torso and push down with full strength just as we were to hit the ground, as if I was using his body as leverage to jump.

As I finish off the last bit of the clones I stand leaning over while you talk, panting heavily. When you throw the weights to me, I instantly move out the way. Last time I saw Broly take some identical to those off, they held so much weight that it shattered the ground. I wasn't sure if I could catch them so I simply allowed them to crash into the ground. Once they fell harmlessly on the floor, I sit next to them and strap them on before standing back up and awaiting our next step.

ok, it should prove challenging but not impossible to move right now. Basically, you should be feeling the restriction of the added weight but still be capable of moving. I think its about 20kgs each right now. How do you feel?

Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Btw, the weight i'm listing is just for RP purposes, it has no value in the technique or in battle itself.

The moment you do the hand seal I feel a great weight suddenly grasp around my lower body. I tried to walk normally, but doing a step with average effort proved to be impossible. I then started walking around all weird like, similar to when kid trunks and Vegeta trained inside the gravity ship or whatever. After a while of walking I rest for a second. "This is pretty tough"... After catching my breath I attempt a few kicks but it was even more difficult, but I continued to throw kicks that had little to no strength, attempting to get used to the weights.

Right! now, return in one month and be sure to practice during that time. You'll get better the more you practice with them. Be careful not to injure yourself though. Any questions so far should be asked now. ^_^

In one month, link me this thread and we'll advance to the other part of the training. In the meanwhile you need to do at least 3 official battles with the weights on that you'll link at that time, mimicking what would happen in the manga where the ninja would train/fight using the weights to gain experience. Until then, you can't use the drop weights technique ^^ cya in one month.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

Drop them and do a few laps, tell me how you feel now.
