I would dash at the dummy, as I get in leg reach, I would lift my right leg and pull it back while leaning to the left side ever so slightly to have leverage for my leg. I would snap my leg forward while twisting my waist to produce some force and pivot my left leg as the leg travels, delivering a powerful lateral kick to the body of the dummy. After delivering the kick, I would use my momentum to continue spinning to the right and hop forward, as my back is about to face the dummy, I would lift my shoulder, and keep my arm out with my elbow slightly bent so it can absorb the impact, clenching my left hand into a fist, I yank it back as I spin to the dummy, delivering a powerful backhand punch to the nose of the dummy, facing away, the spinning momentum would help produce a powerfully devastating attack. Again using the spinning momentum to continue the fast chain of attack, I would continue spinning to my right, this time facing the dummy, I would lift my right hand up, clenching it into a fist, but bending my elbow more, as I meet with the dummy head on, I would use the spinning moment for a boost of power, as well as propel myself forward, delivering a powerful straight hand punch to the dummy's face/chin. All of this would happen in quick succession.
Sorry, not my best descriptive work Nathan <_<
I felt amazingly fast, something I haven't felt in a while. Almost like a feather, my mobility and range of motion returned, and my quickness in short spaces also was great, especially hopping forward and regaining my stances. I was a little bit out of control, but I guess I will just get used to my light weight body more often after taking the weights off.
