John quickly changes into the spandex and realizes it is actually much more comfortable then he thought.

Wow, so much space.

John watches as his sensei begins to jog around the area, John follows him while explain what taijutsu (to him) and leg weights are.

Well, taijutsu to me is well something simple yet creative, there are endless combinations that one can use with taijutsu. The only limitation is ones imagination. Taijutsu is just much more fun compared to using elemental techniques, I say this because if I wanted to volley techniques back and forth, I would just go play a sport like that. Taijutsu doesn't do that, it's about speed, power and endurance.

While leg weights are special weights that applied to ones legs...these are used just any other normal weights to train with them on, to the point of getting so used to them you no longer feel them. Like they are a part of you, one can take these weights off and they increase ones power and speed drastically.

I can go into more detail if you would like. But I just wanted to give you the basic underline about the weights. *huff* *huff*

Watching as his sensei summons the wooden dummy.

John begins by running right up to the dummy he waits till he gets within point blank range of the dummy from that he outstretches his left hand and forms a fist with said hand he then proceeds to punch the dummy in the lower stomach area and with his right elbow he strikes the dummy's nose knocking it back but it springs right back straight away which gives John an idea he gets himself in a stance with his fists overlapping one another and he begins to punch at the dummy really fast, one after another, each fist connects with the mouth of the dummy and springs back and John repeats the process. To finish off this combo John jumps up into the air and with his left leg outstretched and his right leg tucked in and then comes down connecting his left leg with the dummy's head, top of it's head. As John lands he lands on his right leg which is still tucked in and continues the assault by placing his left hand on the ground to allow him for some support and using his right leg to spin himself picking up momentum he tucks his left leg in also until John believes he is spinning fast enough and with that moves his left leg from the tucked position and thus performing a spinning kick at the base of the dummy. With enough force behind the kick to cause the dummy to actually fall over.

How was that?

Here's the big things, unfortunately right now they've got no exaggerated weight, and hold no purpose. Strap them on and start running around a bit, just get used to the feeling of having straps around your legs, nothing extreme.

Sees the weights get summoned and tossed towards John they land just near his feet with that he grabs them both and places them on his legs from that he begins by lifting up his right leg he could slightly feel the weight but it didn't make much of a difference so with that he places his right leg back down and he begins to run around the area ten times, nothing too over the top. The ten laps were simply for him to get used to the weights being placed upon his legs, nothing more, nothing less.

Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

The weights now have a purpose, being roughly around 20kg each, whilst proving movement to be more difficult it's an easy task to adapt to, walk around a bit and stuff. Tell me, how do you feel?

Standing with his sensei he notices his sensei perform a handseal. John doesn't move, until his sensei tells him to, and when he tries to do, something happens, it seems that the weights on his legs have gained a ton more of weight then before, John gets told to move around for a little bit and see how they feel, he slowly walks around, he tries to run. But to no avail it is much harder now with this weights so he has to use more of his power to run around, which he begins to do, he starts to huff and puff after about 10 laps or so.

Huff...pufff, those are really heavy now. But I think I can get used to them!

Well that's good. Hope you passed them all!

Listening to his sensei, John bends down and undoes the straps on each of his weights, he then grabs them and places them on the ground next to him. After taking them off John feels lighter but also very very quick. But he waits before doing anything until his sensei says something.

So, what's next?

Start by increasing your distance from the dummy, and perform a generic Dynamic Entry on his head. The added speed and extra damage should really help you see the difference from before, you will light as a feather, your knees' suspense will lead the way and your upper body simply follows the orders from your legs. Show me what you can do u.u

Ah yes. Time to beat the shit out of it again!

Listening to his sensei. John makes some distances between himself and the dummy, roughly five meters or so seems like a good amount of distance and from that John runs with the adding speed it seems it got very close very fast, so before too long John jumped and left his right leg outstretched while his left leg is tucked away, and making his way towards the dummy he hits with massive force, John aims for the head of the dummy. The speed and force behind the kick actually manages to knock the head off the dummy. John then lands back on the ground.

Wow that power and that swiftness, I'm a changed man.
