Kidd stopped with his 1000 push ups when his sensei arrives. Before he got up, his sensei asked for a 100 push ups. Like…wtf did you not see me doing all these push ups before? Kidd question himself as he shook his head and got down to do more push ups. His arms were trembling like a mofo but he had to make his sensei proud.

One after the other Kidd did his push ups, going up down and back again until he hit 100. Just to show how badass he was Kidd did 101 instead and jumped up like a boss after doing it.

So whats next og?

A special training originally created by Might Guy to develop Rock Lee's running speed and strength. This harsh training method makes use of a set of weights (made through the use of Fuuinjutsu) that are strapped around the users ankles. The user then trains and moves like he would without the weights, growing costumed to them. As he is comfortable with that level of weight, its is increased further. While using the weights, the user eventually becomes able to move like a normal Taijutsu master would, were as when he drops or removes the weights he has a strong boost in his running speed. By using this method, the ninja increases his physical strength mainly in his legs. His body gets used to "wearing" such a high weight that once he takes them off, his speed is drastically increased due to the sudden lack of weight. The increased running speed however, doesn't mean the user becomes able to do any movement with increased speed; his running speed is greatly increased, but to be able to produce specific and intricate Taijutsu moves, the user will still have to count on his normal speed. This is clearly noticed when Rock Lee was attacking Gaara. Although he could run around Gaara barely noticed by him, when he was about to attack, he needed to reduce his speed to produce the attack.

okokok lets be real

Leg weights training is something first shown on Rocky Lee lee. His sensei guy mighty gave him it to increase his running speed and leg strength. Rock lee used it on gaara, and wow was he fast. But yeah the weights basically weigh down the user and he/she must become accustom to the additional weight on his legs. He/she will move around as normal with the weights on their leg until their legs get use to the weight on them. Once remove, due to the legs already moving normally with the weights, it will now move faster and feel much lighter…..if that makes sense <_>

But yeah when I think of leg weights I think of the training goku did when he was traveling to namek. The gravity training strain his body (like an immense weight pushing his entire body down, where this training am doing is only on the legs) which is why he was really faster when he landed on namek. His body was already used to moving around in the gravity thingy.

This is also a real like type of training too ya know. Only because in real life we don’t have such weights like lee. We would have like what, 10lbs on each leg around the ankle? Yeah and its like fine sand in the band around your leg. I use to have it on when I would go run and when I took it off my legs felt extremely lighter.

You'll notice at first the seal hasn't been activated, so the weight doesn't matter at all. Before we do that, I just want you to show me your Taijutsu prowess, go ahead and kick that dummy over there >_> *points*

With the weights on my leg and my sensei watching me, I begin to sweat a lot, but I maintain my breathing and clear my mind of the negativity. I would spread both legs apart, shoulder width which lowers my stance. At the same time, both my hand raise slowly taking the defensive form that a boxer uses. I then continue by jogging in place back and forth to get my blood rushing then quickly strike.

My first offensive action I take my right leg and swing it diagonally from down to up to strike the dummy under it’s left arm pit. As the hit landed, I would pivot on my left heel to bring back my right leg for a clockwise heel kick to the other side of the dummy.

As this is done I draw back my right leg and lift my left leg to hit the dummy with a horizontal kick to the side which causes my body to lean to the right. The power of the kick breaks the stick the dummy is on.

Listening to his sensei’s words, Kidd begins to do some routine exercises that he use to do. Jogging, jumping jacks, flips and quick sprints. But something was different indeed. Kidd’s leg felt lighter and his speed seemed to increase. This was weird.

Sensei I feel the powa. My legs feels light af. I feel like they weigh nothing @_@ this is weird. When I was jogging my speed was also increase, like I was running at twice the speed. I see the changes from before having the weights and after taking it off.
