Okay sensei.
Like any knowledgeable person, I begin with exercises. I do some leg stretches, a lot actually, and I jog around to get the blood circulating. I also drink and eat some food, but I wait 30 minutes before actually running. Meanwhile, I stretch my legs and grabbed an iPod to listen to music whilst running.

I begin a light jog around the village. "1, 2, 3, 4 ..... 50, 51, 52" By the time I've reached the halfway point, I would have already started sweating buckets, but I continued with a constant pace. "..98, 99, 100!" I return several hours after. "I've done it!" :T_T:
