As the white trench coat wearing angel came to the training field, the black reaper was sitting on the risen roots of a tree, with his cold, silver eyed gaze aimed towards the horizon. A simple sight of a risen field. Matching with the color of the leaves on the trees, conflicting and contrasting with the sky and lake. He hears the rustling, as his sight turned towards the individual who came. Contrasting to his white trench coat, was Kaneki's pitch black one. Contrasting to such a positive behavior and warm feeling people got from being around him, was the darkness and emptiness filled in the eyes of the individual before him. Truth be told, they were always conflicting. Even at times within the village, Kaneki always believed that this individual, while he appeared so strong, positive and full of belief, was weak. For never truly being willing to make a certain step, or move ahead of all the others. Not much different from what he would do, but of course, for a very different reason. He slowly utters question, of course... they had come here for the training, but along with those questions, a task was given to Kaneki. Taking off his heavy trench coat lowly, under it, he reveals a skin tight battle suit, almost entirely black in color. His body shape determined the shape of the suit, as his lean, and trained muscles gave the entire suit the added missing touch. He was given the instruction to run, until he feels tired. That would take far longer than both Kaneki and Castiel had time in their disposal, either way, orders were orders, so he started moving, as he was uttering words to his teacher.
The special weight training, or simply called by the name of the tools used according to it, the Leg Weights, is a very specific training for taijutsu users, who get the permission in order to train with them. It is a specific strap, with seals all around it, in very specific points, which are attached to the users weights, or ankles. Upon the first strap, it truly seems to be showing no difference, but upon the making of a specific hand-seal, the weights increase is mass immensely. This increase in mass, would of course hinder the user for the first moments, but after a certain time that he feels that he has grown accustomed to this specific weight, he s very much capable of fighting in a normal manner. When the user reaches the same level of speed and strength as he had prior, the training is in a sense complete, so the user will be given a technique, which allows him to undo and take off those weight. This is where the true purpose and intent of the technique shines. Since the user was training under an increased weight, and reached the levels of his normal speed and strength, the moment the weights are removed from the body...Both the speed and kick oriented bases of taijutsu will be increased tremendously, allowing this person which has trained, to break any limits previously stated on his body. Simply put, it is simply a special training utility, where the users greatly increases his strength and speed. The added strength, as logically thought though, will be applied only at kick based techniques, which in my case, I do not truly mind.
Stating that, he had already finished 3 laps around the large location where he was running on. It was rather slow, as he needed to maintain his breath, while at the same time, for his teacher to hear him. His eyes then simply narrowed down, as the iris in the blank silver place adjusts and he runs at a maximum speed ahead, crashing the ground below him. Maybe the increased strength of his heritage, or being part of the cannibalistic clan, or maybe the sheer fact of the training under the unique martial art which he was given. The reason did not matter, but this individual continues, doing a total of 20'000 laps around the 5 km radius.
He then Simply stops, and looks at his teacher, whether this current performance is enough.
With the request being done by the teacher, Kaneki turned towards a firm strong tree. A trunk with a diameter of about 50 cm, truly this tree might have been 70 or more years old, with the leaves rustling in the background. His vision shifts from above to looking what was directly before him, as his stance lowered instantly. He used his right leg to gain a clockwise rotation. Having prior multiplied his weight with about x5, the tree was instantly severed, about knee length where Kaneki was standing. The inner part of the leg, where the knee joint is located rises slightly up, in the falling piece of the trunk, it grabs solid. Having done the weight increase only seconds prior, he had gained enough force to control the tree freely. He lifts his knee, releasing the grip. The tree slowly turning horizontal, as it was flung high into the air. This would have required tremendous amount of force, but nothing really hard for Kaneki. In the end, to finish it all, he jumps into the air, after once increasing his weight up to x15 times. This time, he performed a basic taekwondo high kick, but with so much force located into it, it entirely shattered the trunk, flinging it into the air, having it vanish into the sky, as debris fall down into the ground, broken pieces of skin and twigs with leaves. In those moments he gazes back at his teacher, asking himself if it was enough.
Type: Offensive/ Defensive Rank: C-Rank - A-Rank Range: Short Chakra: 15 - 30 Damage: 30 - 60 Description: The user starts by manipulating their weight to generate the desired amount of force, between x5 & x15, or alternatively, the user may gather the force generated by an incoming physical attack, effectively using their opponent's own force against them, resulting in a counter of up to A rank strength. The user then directs and stores this energy in the desired leg, and releases it in any single kick from a number of kicks in Taekwondo. These include, but are not limited to, high-kicks, jumping-kicks, low-sweeping-kicks, ground-kicks, round-kicks, etc, essentially allowing any practitioner of Renewal Taekwondo to user their art in a freeform manner.
Note: The A-Rank usage of this Jutsu can be used a max of 4 times per battle. Additionally, if the A-Rank usage of this Jutsu is performed, no A-Rank or higher Renewal Taekwondo Jutsu can be used in the same turn.
Type: Offensive/ Supplementary Rank: B-Rank Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: 40 Description: The user starts by multiplying their body’s natural weight by 10x. The user then stores the energy provided by the opposite force generated by the earth and uses a particularly effective stance in Taekwondo known as Hoe Hook (or Guard Breaker). This stance is used to grab the opponent using the muscle strength of the user’s legs, thereby holding the target in a grappled formation, allowing the user to push or pull them in a variety of ways, or to use this grab in more Offensive situations, such as breaking a targets guard. The user, once they have “hooked” the opponent in the desired manner, will release the stored energy from prior which they use to create large openings in the opponent’s defenses, or to throw them in a desired direction, such as slamming them against the ground, with great speed and force.
Note: This technique can only be performed once every 2 turns.

Awesome, now with that take these weights that I just summoned, currently they have no massive weight attached to them, all I want you to do is put them on and do a few kicks, there is a minor weight obviously nothing life changing but tell me if you feel a different or not.
Putting on the weights, Kaneki pauses for the second and looks at them. The kanji around them. Placing the trousers above them, he tries to move around slightly. They seemed tough, and resilient as well. He moves around, as the small heft appeared to have some effect on his body, but truly a minor one, considering he was an avid practitioner and even creator of Renewal Taekwondo.
Going before a tree, he makes one low kick, one high kick, and the last one was a back rotating kick.
They appear to look resilient and tough. A I move and kick, they seem tightly connected to the skin, no sort of delay or loose feeling on them. They are certainly an interestingly developed tool.
Considerably heavier. I can barely move around property with these on. I believe it willl be taxing, in many occasions around me, especially in mids of battle as of now, they only hold me back.
They appear to be only taxing me in the right areas however, no other bodily function except for the strength and muscles of my feet is limited, so no spinal injuries. I like the trail of thought behind them
With his stance low, he came before the dummy. The weight was very taxing even while moving, but the weight hung tight to the body, no other form of stress. Kaneki then rotates his pelvis strongly, forcing his upper body to move accordingly. He struck the dummy at the ribs, though he aimed towards the head. His leg gets dragged to the ground quick. He then used this location as a base, and continued that rotation, by delivering a rear horse kick in the center of the body of the dummy, pushing it back a few feet. It was insanely taxing on the body. He could feel his muscle tendons almost ripped, as the weight did not allow him to go the usual potential he goes with strikes. IT was weight, but even after that first strike, he could feel later on... his body started getting used to the weight. At least for now, he could walk with less strain.
Bending his knee, he places both his hands on the weight, and undoes the seal, having them fall to the ground. Taking off the weight, he jumped in place a few times, and felt, incredibly light. He saw the dummy before him, and took a single step, instantly he appeared before it. He lowers his stance, with his hands on both sides, clenched in fists, the strikes were quick. They began with a rotation of his body, tucking in his leg, facing the dummy right before it, and then issuing a central kick, insanely powerful. He took a forward step with the same leg, using it as a base. He multiplied his weight briefly, and issued one more kick which was a rotating side kick, issued towards the head region of the clone. The strike was powerful enough to not only blow the head of the dummy off, but truly show an effect on the terrain. The force of the air around itself, lifted the dummy in the air, so, he decided to finish it fully in the end. Using the gained momentum of rotation. He then issued one more kick, which was almost like a rear horse strike, but, it was just a faint, the right leg moved and rotated, stepping one more time. Now fully forward to the dummy, he just jumped lightly into the air, releasing an open strike, which hit the air with so much strength, it shaped it into a dragon, which leveled the ground in front of him.

Rank: D-Rank/ B-Rank/ A-Rank
Range: Short - Mid

Damage: N/A
Description: The user begins this technique as they would any technique from RE Taekwondo, by increasing their weight by a certain amount for a brief instant, in relation to the amount of energy they wish to generate, using the basic principles of the Fighting Style. The user then directs this energy, using one of their legs, into the other leg, and expends it in order to “kick” or "push" off the ground with a tremendous amount of force, propelling the user at high speeds in a single, linear direction. It would require the Tracking Capabilities of a 2 Tomoe Sharingan or Higher to track this movement. This technique has 3 stages, each with their own Rank and distance it allows the user to traverse.
D-Rank: Weight Manipulation costs 10 Chakra, and allows the user to move up to 5m.
B-Rank: Weight Manipulation costs 20 Chakra, and allows the user to move up to 10m.
A-Rank: Weight Manipulation costs 30 Chakra, and allows the user to travel up to 15m.
Note: This technique cannot be performed consecutively within the same turn.
Note: The A-Rank usage of this technique can be used a max of 4 times per battle. Additionally after the A-Rank version of this Jutsu is used, this technique cannot be used for 2 turns.

Type: Offensive
Rank: S-Rank

Damage: 80
Description: The user starts by multiplying their own weight by a tremendous amount, roughly 25x. By doing this they generate a massive amount of force, due to the effects standard in any Renewal Taekwondo technique. From there, the user channels this force from the bottom of one of their feet and up their leg. As they do so, they add a change in the shape of the force generated by the initial step of the Jutsu, altering the nature of this massive force, and adding an extremely powerful rotation to it. And as the force of this technique reaches their pelvis, the user then redirects this force down to opposite leg. Finally, as this rotating mass of force reaches the foot of the receiving leg, they perform a standard high kick, common in Taekwondo, releasing the force from the sole of their foot. This force is then released in the form of a violently rotating mass of energy that shapes itself into the form of a traditional Eastern Dragon, with a blue long, slender body, and a large horned head. As the Dragon travels in the direction the user kicks, the user must maintain their stance, as lowering the leg that is performing the Jutsu or changing it in any large or significant way can cause the Dragon’s trajectory to change drastically, usually resulting in the Dragon crashing into the ground, and the technique ending in failure. The Dragon is composed of highly compressed air, caused by the rotating force coming into contact with the air, and upon hitting either the user’s target, or anything else, including the ground, other surfaces or objects, the Dragon’ body will continuously buffer against these things, wearing them down and causing damage through intense friction. The Dragon continues to buffer anything and everything that comes into contact with it until either the user changes their stances, and ends the technique, or the Dragon is overcome by a technique of equal or greater strength. Upon ending their usage of the technique, the leg the user performed the Kick of the Blue Dragon with will be detrimentally affected by its usage, due to the change in the force’s shape (Aka, the rotation added to the technique). This results in the user being unable to perform any Renewal Taekwondo Jutsu that requires the user to channel the force from the initial step through one leg to another for 2 turns, until their leg recovers from the backlash from the technique, as it is almost impossible to perform most Renewal Taekwondo Jutsu with only one properly functioning leg nor any Taijutsu of A rank and higher with that leg.
Note: This technique can only be used 3 times per battle/ event.
Note: This technique can only be used once every 4 turns. (2 Turns for the leg using the Jutsu to recover, then a 2 turn cool down on top of that.)
Note: No B-Rank or higher Taijutsu within the same turn this Jutsu is used.
