Can you tell me about the Weights and their benefits?

Well.. The leg weights are very similar to the eye patch kenpachi wears

You wear the weights... At first it slows you down but sooner or later you adjust back to your regular speed when you wear them
That makes it that when you take them off, your "Real" speed is now increased.. so the weight is used in means to increase your speed through adjusting the weights to your regular speed.. blah blah

As I see your clone, I launch towards him drawing back my right hand. As I get within striking range I launch my right hand forward just to stop , and head butt him instead. Tricking your clone

Okay, Priest brings out a pair of weights.

(Katai Omori) Leg Weights

Type: Weapon/Supplementary
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.


Put those on and try moving with it. The weights are there to condition you to get used to moving at immense pressure and resistance. By the time you are used to the wieght and moving with it like you are moving normally before, by removing it, you will be light and moving beyond the initial limitations.


So we start with conditioning you first.

As kenpachi recieve the leg weights, he put them on and start walking with them, then randomly running with them. True he was slower but he loved the pressure on his body. It was similar to his eye patch and how it worked. Kenpachi began to do some kicks, and flips to quickly get adjusted.
