Okay, so I wasn't sure of how you wanted to start this off, and how it would generally proceed. It's not like Basic training, where there are many techniques to get through as quickly as possible, so you can't use a template to run through all the techs, considering there's only two. From reading the rules a few times, it looks like the general gist of the training goes along the lines of me explaining what Leg Weights are, what they do, how they affect the user, etc, then a training session with the Weights on, probably a spar-type deal, yeah? That's so I can gradually get used to more and more weight added to the Weights. After that it mentions a month waiting period for getting used to the (I assume final) increase in weight, before we return to the training, and I have to get used to the new, higher level of mobility I possess when I take the Weights off. Seems like the whole session is geared towards the RP Training Method, but that's just from looking at the rules for Leg Weights, dunno if you do it differently, or if there's a proper method. But hey, I had to put something here, and I doubt I'd be content with *Waits for Nathan* any more. It's just not long enough. xD
Yeah pretty much, I don't need you to tell me what taijutsu is, cause I'm well aware of what you know already, but tell me what you know about leg weights. While you do that, put on this green jumpsuit, and run around this oval 500 times.
Taking the gangrene abomination, barely, in hand, gripping it only with his thumb and index finger, Shayde studied the iconic suit of Konoha's Green and Blue Beasts in great detail. It appeared to be made from a material that would stretch, adopting a "one size fits all" role for it's wearer, perhaps due to all the shapes and sizes Taijutsu practitioners come in, or maybe just to make their manufacture as simple as possible. It was also rather dry to the touch, probably to prevent problems caused by the user sweating while wearing them, meaning it must also be made from a material that could "breathe", and allows ventilation while the user is training, or in combat. In summary, it sounded like the perfect outfit for a Taijutsu training session, unfortunately... The overall aesthetic design and general "cool" factor was so low, it's a wonder how they haven't all been gathered in a pile, and burned to a crisp. And Shayde had to actually wear one of these?! Thank goodness there wasn't anyone else present for this, otherwise, Shayde would have to destroy he Village, and go rogue... And it would be the right thing to do.
"You'll tell no one of this, or I swear, I'll...!! *Sigh*"
Caving in to the request, Shayde darted behind a nearby tree and quickly changed into the jumpsuit, wishing to get this over and done with as quickly as possible. His analysis was correct on all acounts, as the material easily stretched to accommodate his height, while at the same time not feeling choked up within the jumpsuit. And, of course, he looked like a complete dork.
"So this is how the fashion police punish repeat offenders... *Sigh* So, what do you even call these green abominations? Taijutsu Jumpsuits? Taijumpsuits?"
Stiffling a snicker, Shayde then remembered his given objective, to run laps while showing his knowledge of the Taijutsu Leg Weights. And so he did, pacing himself rather well as he began running his laps. While doing so, the steel trap that was his mind, and the veritable loud-speaker that was his mouth, both opened up, as he revealed the extent of his knowledge on the subject Leg Weight Training.
"Leg Weights, usually shortened to LW's by the majority of it's users, are a pair of specialized tools that are worn on the lower half of a users legs, just above their ankles, and come with a great many benefits to their user. Firstly, the Weights are created by applying a special Sealing Jutsu to a set of seemingly regular Weights, multiplying the weight of the common tool exponentially. The user wears these as they undergo special training, created for the sole purpose of forcing them to adapt to the strain of the added weight, before it's increased again. This process is repeated multiple times, each time forcing the user to adapt to the greater and greater amount of weight, until the user is able to bear a tremendous burden while moving as freely as they used to before they undertook this training. However, this is only the first step. Once the user removes the weights, they remove the burden on their body that tethers them to the world, and without that burden, they gain a new level of mobility, increasing their overall movement speed by a massive degree, making their movements almost untraceable to the naked eye. Of course, the increase in speed only applies to movement. The user's punches, kicks, etc are not really affected by the increase in speed, as you don't train in those fields with these tools. You only train to become accustomed to the increase in weight, with the increase in mobility being the derived benefit from removing the weight from yourself. Another interesting factor of these tools is that they can be used as a shield, as one of it's users, Rock Lee, once blocked an attack that would have broken his leg, using the Leg Weights to absorb the impact. Of course, if you hit them with enough damage, I assume they'll break, but it's nice knowing that with these you can block attacks like those, and prevent serious damage. Speaking of Lee, I heard he underwent this training for his training in the Eight Internal Gates, must have been hell going through something like this, while also learning how to forcibly open the limiters of one's body. Certainly must take a lot of dedication, that's for sure. Anyway, back to these Weights, another thing you have to consider the weight you are attacking with when you kick someone with these weights. I mean, when you think about it, these tools are used to increase the user's overall movement speed exponentially, so getting kicked in the head with something like that is sure to cause some serious damage. Even blocking a kick from these is sure to have more of an impact on the target. I think that just about sums up what I know about these tools, but there's probably some things I've missed. Lemme know if I have, and I'll be sure and remember it."
As he was finishing up his final laps, Shayde decided to increase his pace from a reserved jog to an all out sprint, since he was finished with his summary of Leg Weights, and thus didn't have to divert focus on describing what they were. Once he was finished, he stretched and strained every muscle, before looking back at his teacher.
"So I just have to beat some wood? Haha!! Piece of cake."
Shayde took one glance at his designated target, then, without hesitation, leapt straight at the tree, driving his elbow straight into the bark of the tree, easily shattering it's external layer of protection. After all, the Taijutsu Shayde employed for the initial attack was suited for destroying rocks, so a tree was nothing. With a large chunk of the tree blown away, and a sizeable wound now opened at the base of the tree's trunk, Shayde quickly and softly leapt back, before infusing Lightning Chakra into his right fist and forearm, as a lightning bolt seemingly struck the two, covering the limb in arcs of electrical energy. Aiming for the center of the hole created by the previous attack, Shayde drove his fist into the center of the tree, using the Lightning Chakra to easily destroy entire sections of the tree's trunk, while at the same time raising his fist into an uppercut, easily driving the entire tree several ft into the air. Not content with the result of the first two attacks though, Shayde decided to end things, not with a whimper, but one hell of a bang. Wishing to build upon the momentum created by the last attack, Shayde leapt into the air and performed a high kick, raising the tree further into the air. Once this was done, Shayde leapt into the air and aligned himself roughly at the middle of the tree's trunk, preparing to deliver another kick to the trunk. With another powerful kick, once again Shayde splintered open the bark of the trunk, while using the kick to position himself above the tree, before performing a downward kick, sometimes ironically referred to as an "axe kick". With this final attack, Shayde split the tree in half, causing large chunks of bark and wood, as well as a sea of leaves, to fall down on the training field below.

Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu specialists or EIG users
Upon sticking the landing, Shayde then walked over to his teacher and quickly brushed the debris off of them, with an apology swifter than any of his attacks could ever be.
"So sorry teach, if I knew that was going to happen, I would've given you an umbrella or something..."
Now with that take these weights that I just summoned, currently they have no massive weight attached to them, all I want you to do is put them on and do a few kicks, there is a minor weight obviously nothing life changing but tell me if you feel a different or not.
Witnessing the specialized Taijutsu tools being summoned out of nowhere with a cloud of smoke, Shayde excitedly picked them up and gave them a good look, checking out the finer details of the Weights, such as the pouch like attachments for the weights the user adds, the supposed formula placed on the front of said pouches, which are apparently what allow them to produce such a high level of weight without having the mass to match it, and how they were virtually empty, and thus currently lacked the extreme weight they are known for reaching.
"So these are they, huh? To be honest I was expecting them to be bulkier, but this could work..."
After studying the design of the Weights, Shayde attached them to his legs, over his pants, and proceeded to move around in them. From the most basic of movements, like walking and running, to more complicated movements, including various kinds of kicks, the difference with the Weights as the currently were, was negligible at best. Of course, once the weight is ramped up, Shayde would immediately feel the difference, but as it was, it was nothing he couldn't handle.
"This is nothing. I can do just about everything I can normally do as they are. The only difference is I have a pair of glorified leg warmers on, and they don't even keep my legs warm!!"
With his current objective completed, Shayde fidgeted about with his Weights, awaiting further instructions.
Okay. Good, I performs one seal and it increases each weight by 20Kg. Now, try and do the same thing again with the weights weighing as much as they do.
Upon the performance of the Seal, Shayde immediately felt the presence of the Weights as they suddenly began to exert force on his legs. It felt as though two large bags of dog food had been strapped to his legs (OOC: Lemme just say, those things are effing heavy. I need to sling them over my shoulder when buying them. xD) and it certainly made an impact on his manoeuvrability. His movements and actions became visibly slower, and were taking much more effort to achieve, all thanks to the Weights on his legs possessing a weight that was far more substantial than they were before.
"Okay, now we're getting somewhere. I can still move, but it's taking actual effort to do it. And... I'm guessing this is just the first step of this training, yeah? Shit..."
With that said, Shayde continued to perform basic Taijutsu movements in the hopes of quickly becoming accustomed to the new-found strain on his legs from the weights.
Just want to clarify, I don't mean or intend to rush you man. Just getting myself ready, you can reply at your own pace, cause I know about your fingers.
After a month of wearing the specialized apparatus in his everyday life, Shayde had grown quite accustomed to the feeling and burden of the Leg Weights, even in mundane actions. As per his teachers instructions, he returned to the training almost exactly one month from the last time they spoke, determined to finish this training once and for all.
"Oh, you know. Uneventful. I took up tap dancing, but had to stop when my neighbours asked me to knock it off... When I kept falling through the ceiling and joining them for dinner. Then I tried Ice Skating... Wait, I mean swimming in freezing water. Oh, I also got a job testing for a company that sells bathroom scales, but I kept breaking them, so I got fired. Basically I learned that, just because I was getting used to the Weights, doesn't mean anything around me did. But I am used to them now. Before they restricted me a bit, but now it's like they're not even there any more. I guess that's about change, yeah...?"
Shayde then tensed up, readying himself for the training to come, whatever that was...
"Shit, really? I can take these damn things off now?! Thank the Sage!!"
Without a moments hesitation Shayde bent down and unfastened the weights before springing into action, performing a backflip, whilst kicking the apparatus into the air behind him, which impacted the ground with a mighty thud. Shayde then rolled his pants up, folding them up passed his knees while also removing his boots and socks. Sufficiently "unrestrained" by his clothing, Shayde then created a clone of himself, which would walk a small distance away, before facing Shayde and holding his arms out wide, indicating that Shayde was going to use this Clone for target practice. Since he was only supposed to use his legs for this, Shayde put his hands behind his back, and used them to grab the other arms wrist, making it difficult to use them at all.
"I know it was a long time ago, but if you can, tell Mr. Reese I said thanks for the idea..."
Without no prior indication, except a greenish hue emanating from the tattoos located on his legs, and his ankles raising off the ground to stand on his tip toes, Shayde propelled himself towards his clone with a small but powerful blast of Wind from the bottom of his feet. Imitating the aforementioned John Reese from a seemingly insignificant spar a number of years ago, Shayde imitated the type of Wind-propelled movements he used with his own creation, albeit in a very crude imitation. Starting by sweeping the clones legs as he flew passed the clone, overshooting his target, Shayde then released another burst after turning to return to the clone, then another to launch him into the air, and another for himself. Each burst of Wind accompanied a step or a kick in some manner, meaning he was still abiding his teachers set instruction of only using his legs, even if it would have been easier to use his arms to balance himself. Whilst in the air, Shayde danced around his clone, releasing similar bursts every with paired strikes and lunges each time. As Shayde reached the usage limit of his technique, and the pool of Chakra that it utilizes started to dry up, he used one final blast to appear directly above his clone.
(Nintaijutsu: Ritomasu Fisuto) Ninja Body Technique: Litmus Fist
Type: Supplementary/ Offensive Rank: A-Rank Range: Short - Mid Chakra: 30 Damage: 60 Description: Developed as a form of Taijutsu Supplement by a Shinobi who used another one of their own technique's to help himself gain solid footing in the Nin-Tai genre, Litmus Fist carries on the concepts of it's parent technique, Litmus Finger, into new fields of use on a much larger but narrow scale. Where the parent technique was focused on creativity and speed through lack of any Hand Seals, this technique is solely focussed on collaboration with almost any form or stance of Taijutsu in close quarters combat, including Free-Form Taijutsu. The user begins by gathering a large amount of Chakra, distributing it equally throughout their body. Once this is done, the user then performs Taijutsu actions, motions, movements, etc, releasing the Chakra in conjunction with them. Just like with the parent technique, but on a much larger scale, these Taijutsu actions and motions are physically representative of the nature of an Element (An example of this would be using friction to create Fire Release Chakra, or loose, free-flowing movements for Wind Release Chakra, and fluid motions for Water Release, etc.), which cause the Chakra to take on the properties of, and change into, Elemental Chakra. From there, the user applies Shape Manipulation and the same level of creative freedom from the parent technique to perform various kinds of Ninjutsu enhanced Taijutsu actions, either creating the Element they wish to use from their own Chakra, or from existing sources, like a nearby sources of Water, or the ground beneath their feet, however, any offensive action involving an existing Element must originate from the users position, same with Elements created by the user. The user can also control incoming Jutsu, however, the Rank of the Chakra must be at least one Rank higher than the incoming Jutsu, in addition to the Jutsu having to be within Short Range of the user to infuse their Chakra into the Jutsu. Although this technique's extreme versatility comes at a price. After the initial kneading of Chakra, the user cannot perform any other Jutsu while the Chakra gathered for this Jutsu remains. The user can split this Chakra into as many attacks they wish to perform, (Within reason of course, so the user can perform 1 A-Rank, or 2 B-Rank, 4 C-Rank, or even a combination of ranked attacks, like 1 B-Rank and 2 C-Rank, Etc.), however with each division of the Chakra used, so too does each individual action logically lose power. However, this drawback is arguably the Jutsu's best quality, due to fact that the Nature of the Chakra is only changed when released in conjunction with Taijutsu actions, this allows the user to swiftly and accurately shift between Elements, and even perform numerous and extremely unique combinations of Elements. This allows the user to easily create their own unique "style", simply by performing a series of basic actions and combing the Elements those actions unleash, for devastating results.
All of the Elements utilized by this Jutsu can be used to either supplement the user's Taijutsu strikes, or to engage in ranged combat by firing the produced Elements towards their target, allowing the user to seamlessly shift between close quarters combat and ranged combat, without it affecting the flow of the users moves. In addition to this, the user is able to utilize more than the standard form of the Elements they perform, so for example, when the user performs this Jutsu in conjunction with Fire Release, they don't have to use simple flames, they could also use ash or flammable mist should they desire, as both exist within the canon list for Fire Release. A more detailed list of the available variants for the basic 5 Elements is already provided within the parent technique, "(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fingā) Ninja Art: Litmus Finger", however as a rule of thumb, if it exists in the canon list for the Element, it can potentially be utilized in some shape or form through this Jutsu.
Note: The user can keep this technique active for a max of 2 turns, and must wait 2 turns after it's deactivation before they can use it again. If the user does not use the full amount of Chakra gathered for this technique by the end of the 2 turn limit, they lose the remaining Chakra. Note: This Jutsu can be used a max of 4 times per battle. This restriction relates to the number of times this Jutsu can actually be activated, not the number of individual attacks allowed while using this Jutsu, as those are already clarified and restricted by the amount of Chakra the user gathers and expends on each attack. Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ, and only to those who have learned "(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fingā) Ninja Art: Litmus Finger".
Now positioned above his clone, Shayde delivered a drop-kick to his Clone, sending him straight down into the ground. Shayde quickly followed suit, spinning his body forward to build up momentum, before delivering a heel kick directly to the clones head. Such a fatal hit caused the clone to disperse, leaving nothing but a large crater where the clone once existed. As the cloud of smoke from the clones dispersal disappeared, Shayde stood back up and gave a wide goofy grin to his teacher.
(Doroppu Kikku) Drop Kick
Rank: B Type: Offensive Range: Short Chakra: N/A Damage: 40 Description: The user will jump into the air or be airborne and delivers a powerful drop kick that sends the opponent flying.
(Konoha Senshō) Leaf Flash Kick
Rank: B Type: Offensive Range: Short Chakra: N/A Damage: 40 Description: Rock Lee will perform a similar technique to the Heavenly Foot of Pain, but without any chakra enhancement, to deliver a heel drop to the opponent using only sheer physical strength that causes small alteration to the ground on impact.
"You know, I could've sworn that crater is a bit bigger than usual... Weird."
