It was a perfect day for a walk when Jiraya walked out of the inn he was resting at in Konoha. He was a temporary citizen, never sticking to one place, moving from town to town. He could not find the place where he felt at home. He considered Konoha and Mt. Myobokuzan his home because he knew someone was there thinking of him but yet he did not feel like settling. After finishing another chapter for a new book Jiraya decided to take a rest and for a walk outside Konoha, perhaps find something inspiring. He was a writer at heart and loved how he spent his time writing. Moving towards the gates, he saw them standing firmly and tall protecting the city. His look passed over the guard booth and with his keen eye he noticed it was empty. No guards whatsoever were standing at the gates protecting Konoha. Jiraya raised an eyebrow with a dark feeling of suspicion clouding his mind. Usually Konoha was filled with laughter and other kind of noise the villagers produce but now he remembered the streets being empty, no children playing, no people buying things at the market. Jiraya walked through the gates only to find a man standing in front of them gazing at the gates.
Jiraya looked at the man carefully inspecting his looks and trying to figure out his abilities. Looking at his eyes he noticed the blank expression, the pure white eyes. He recognized the eyes immediately as he had over the years encountered many of those in spars. Apprently the Byakugan of the man was not activated and Jiraya wanted to make sure to prevent that from happening. Jiraya didn't think to talk to the man, but instead he clapped his hands together with a devious expression on his face, erecting a sensing barrier around himself which would help him feel any movement inside.

After erecting the barrier Jiraya performs a single hand seal creating two clones before him C1 and C2 which both run towards the stranger zig zaging, and crossing each others paths as they make their way to the opponent. As they run both release five kunai from their hand (10 in total) which come at different angles aiming for the legs, chest, head and the general upper body area.
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
Jiraya then takes out a chakra sensitive scroll with a kanji inscription on it and drops it to the ground out of precautionary measures.

Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)

As Rakoz approaches Konoha's gates he is approached by 2 jounin level shinobi, who are obviously keeping watch at the gates. They'd first question why he was at their village, unannounced and with a Kumo headband on. Rakoz thought to himself that he had no time to answer feeble questions and he'd instantly unsheath his katana from his left hip with his right hand and in one single motion he'd behead the two watchmen. >_> After sacrificing the two young shinobi for no apparent reason he hides their bodies behind a near by tree. ^_^ Now, where's jiraiya sama? We have business to handle.
A few moments after he kills the two men and put his blood soaked blade away he notices that jiraiya has quietly approached the opposite side of the gates, with a weird look on his face. Ahhh, Remember me old.... Before he could finish his sentence he notices jiraiya slamming his hands together so without hesitation Rakoz passively activates his byakugan which heightens his ocular abilities to an amazing extent. Then after jiraiya creates the barrier and is in the midst of summoning two clones Rakoz seeps doton chakra into the ground beneath them which allows him to manipulate the earth in such a manner that several giant pillars of stone would be risen. 4 would rise around the original jiraiya from each side (front back left and right) at an angle that would allow them to crush his body completely. 2 more pillars would rise in perfect synchronization but these two would rise right beneath the two clones thus dispersing them on contact.
Then as the pillars are doing their thing Rakoz stomps his left foot on the ground thus causing 3 large pillars of flames to rise in front of him. The first would be directly in front of him, the second would rise where the clones are and the third would rise right under Jiraiya thus burning his crushed body to a crisp.
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.

After the man known as jiraiya jumps into the air and begins releasing lightning while C1 releases flame shots at me, Rakoz simply smirks and does a swift set of 3 hand seal which allows him to trap jiraiya in an illision(unknown to him) wayyy before the flames near me. It first effects the sight by making it seem as if the Rakoz' entire body is coated with orange and red flames that burn the terrain around him. As the fire coats Rakoz Fire would instantly cover the entirety of Konoha with Giant flames whipping around like title waves that are 15-20 meters high which removes Rakoz from the legendary sannin's sight the majority of the time due to the flames whipping in between them. The next part is that every attack that Rakoz uses seems like its just huge waves of steaming flames being shot out.
With the illusion being casted within a split second (3 hand seals happen fast as shit xd) Rakoz knows he still has to defend against the flames so he instantly expels a massive amount of water towards the flame shots though since you're under my illusion you'd only see a huge wall of flames being sent towards you and engulfing your puny flames (lol). With the water over powering your fire it continues at you in attempts to still crush you with the left over water while your in le air (or floor).
As the water over powers your fire Rakoz takes this time to send fuuton chakra into the sky in order to manipulate the sky and create darkened clouds above the terrain. These clouds would instantly be used, Rakoz manipulates the wind chakra further in order to pull down his fuuton in the form of an F-5 tornado that comes down right on top of you guys to crush and rip you apart. But this jutsu, like the water, would seem as if it was a giant tornado of pure flames coming from the skys to destroy you thus making it harder to try countering with an elemental advantage.
Ahj who am I? I'm simply Hyuga Rakoz, my face may seem unfamiliar since I choose to stay in the shadows. But I am the next in line to lead my clan jiraiya-sama!

The user does a small sequence of 3 hand signs ( Ram-Tiger-Boar) whilst sending chakra to his opponents brain thus taking over their senses. The jutsu effects the sense of sight, touch and hearing by making them seem like they are in a hellish environment.
--It first effects the sight by making it seem as if the users entire body is coated with orange and red flames that burn the terrain around him. Fire would instantly cover the entirety of the terrain with Giant flames whipping around like title waves that are 15-20 meters high which removes the user from the opponents sight the majority of the time. The next part is that every attack that the user uses seems like its just huge waves of steaming flames being shot out.
--The next is the sense of touch, The opponents skin begins to seem as if it is drying up drastically, causing their skin to crack and blister up, along with their mouth feeling dried out and hard to swallow, the air they breathe in even becomes thick, hot and hard to breathe in thus causing severe hyperventilation from the brain thinking the illusion is real. The brain also begins believing that the heat is unbearable and the opponents become dizzy from heat stroke type symptoms.
--The last is the sense of hearing. The opponent would begin to hear the flames crackling and whipping around loudly thus making it slightly hard to communicate.
