Rock lee has always been fast but as of right now how would he do in a race against naruto and sausage.

Nope, the same still applies.

Lee is fast but not as quick as Adult Naruto or Sasuke or even their teen versions. Sasuke uses Ameno to blitz through the finish line, Naruto has RSM which is faster than 7G Lee. Lee would finish last by 1/10 of a second to the other two.

This.. Even lee's at 7th gate he can be on spar but naruto and sasuke will still win.

Yup this, at best after the time skip (due to lee constantly training) might be above kcm, that's the best he can do

I like how people forget that Lee actually threw Minato's FTG Kunai with excellent timing to intercept 8th Gate Guy and Madara.

Also didn't he out speed Gudou Dama to rescue Guy in time?
