In Naruto the Movie 3: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom; Lee has a nunchaku staff, revealing chains that Lee wraps the enemy in. He then throws them into the air with the chains in a lotus formation while wrapping the chains around his arms. He then dashes in front of the airborne enemy and releases a brutal barrage of high-speed punches.
It's implied that one or two of the Eight Gates need to be opened to use this technique, due to Lee's skin colour changing to red, a side effect of opening the Gates.
