My take:

If Lee had some 6th gate feats (Asakujaku) similar in power to Gai in 6th gate then he could just evaporate Suigetsu I guess, but since this isn't the case, I think this fight comes down to who lasts longer, and I would reluctantly say Suigetsu high diff.

Who knows, I could be missing something? Who do you think would win?

Lee is too fast for suigetsu, and Suigetsu can liquify against Lee.

However, Lee's eyebrows are far superior to suigetsu's.

Lee has far greater endurance feats than suigetsu though, just look at all the training he does.
