Ok so I don't think that rock lee and Neji have had a 1 on 1 fight going all out. I would like your opinions and thoughts on who you assume would win this battle. Make sure you back up your answer.

Neji. He's almost as fast as Lee and if he just gets in close enough range (Which should be no problem fighting Lee), then he can use his 64 palms and Lee's basicly done for.
