Lee vs Neji ( 2 scenarios )

Mindset: IC, wanting to defeat the opponent by all means, even death.

Distance: 50m

Location: Konoha Arena

Scenario 1:

Chunin exams Lee vs Chunin exams Neji ( Lee when he fought Gaara, Neji when he fought Naruto ).

Scenario 2:

War Arc Lee vs War Arc Neji.

In Scenario 2, Lee can open his gates instantly and can also cancel them instantly, thus conserving his energy. In Scenario 1 he needs time to open them and cannot close them until they run out.

Lee would take the 1st one; in his fight with Gaara; Gai stated that gates' attacks can counter Neji; Lee used to be defeated by him everytime they fought; but he never used gates on him; he did not even removed his weights. NEji has defensive techs like kaiten; but it has intervals and Lee can attack him between those intervals due to his high speed and power.

In 2nd one; Lee takes it again; because of the gates; opneing and closing them would make everything easier for him.

Imo Neji is superior to Lee.
1 - Neji's counter to Gates would be Kaiten, eventually Lee would tire out, so Neji high-diff.
2 - Neji got much better making things easier to him. Lee's only option would be the Gates (again), even if he can control them better i don't see him winning since the problem remains the same.

Lee hands down cause:
1) Lee has super fast speed Negi has bakugan but no way it can help him
2) once Lee crosses 4 gates he is unstopeable
3) and at 7th Hirodoraaaa OMG
4) Negi can beat leee

Lee takes both , Gai himself stated the way to beat Neji lays on high speed combos and i think he has more than enough speed with gates.

Neji takes the first, Lee takes the second. Part2 Lee was portrayed stronger then Neji.
