In scenario 1 Lee & A are to have a race similar to Guy's Kakashi's, I restricted them to base speed.

Gates Lee would rek undoubtedly so I made it fair.

Now as far as A and Sakura go that's an even playing field within it'self.

See you either restrict them at base in both scenarios or you don't. You can't just say that since in one scenario it suits to have the competition AF base, the competition at base.

Unrestricted Ay 's speed > Six Gates Lee's speed.
