First Neji tie againts Kidomaru.......
Second Rock Lee was nearly killed by Dosu in Chunin Exam Kankuro too literally dance on Naruto and could finish off Sasuke but Gaara intervent......

Tie? No, Neji won that extremely high difficulty. Kidomaru was dead before he. And it doesn't change the fact that Lee whipped Naruto and Sasuke, so your argument is invalid.

C'mon man Kidomaru was more better than him if it was'nt Kakashi he would have died earlier..........Yes but CE Sasuke Cursed Mode would wreck Rock Lee or CE Nine Tails Chakra Naruto..................
