I agree about Kakashi and Hiruzen.
I don't think Kitsuchi is Kage level, let alone Hiashi who is weaker then Neji and Lee by feats.
But by feats he isn't Kage level.
You know what i meant >_>
He might be weakest but he is still a kage, atleast in Kishi's standarts.
Someone has to be weakest.
Is Mei not Mizukage level just because she is the weakest we saw of?

So what? Are you implying mastering some Hyuuga techniques is harder than mastering S rank seals and S rank healing techniques? Neji is a genius among the Hyuugas but honestly, being special in a clan like that isn't a feat, not when even Hinata reached his level.

I did not say it was harder and easier, but bashing one for another is wrong when they are both strong in their own rights.

Deidara lost more battles than Shino did lol power is about performence not who beaten who. Before preaching about how other characters are fodders realize that your fave is not all high and mighty both Lee or Neji would beat him in 1 vs 1 and that's what's up to debate.
