I'll be standing where the person in the image is, facing you, mid range away in the direction of where the character is facing. Beyond the arc we'll assume it is identical to what we can see on the close side, with the forum area and open space beyond that.

Rentaro stood atop the sand and stone that made up the earth below him. He looked around, taking in this amazing landscape that he had arrived at. An ancient looking arch towered above him, held up by less-ancient looking supports of some kind. He found the little designs in both architectural works to be interesting, wondering who had built them and for what purpose.
A strong gust of wind suddenly picked up from behind the Gyojin, which prompted him to turn around and face the winds. They continued to pick up speed, blowing sand at his face until he regretted his decision enough to reposition himself, facing the arch once more. It was then for the first time that he noticed someone else standing at the other side of the structure. The man had long black hair, probably coming down to his shoulders, though it was hard to be sure as it was blowing in the wind. The man had pale, grey skin, that looked as if it had been worn down by years of living in an environment similar to where they were at that moment. They were all afterthoughts, however. The first thing that Rentaro noticed, were his eyes. He felt a surge of uncertainty towards the man, and though Rentaro had no way of knowing he was an Uchiha, there was still something chilling about his eyes.
This is too weird, I don't like it.
Unaccustomed to rushing to violence, Rentaro was surprised to find himself in what could be described as almost half of a combat stance, with his left leg positioned in front, and his fists clenched at his sides. His gut was telling him bad, bad things, and he opted to trusting those warnings.
The wind subsided.
Rentaro jumped to the underside of the arch, flipping himself around in mid air to go upside-down. He focused chakra into the bottom of his feet so that he would stick to it properly, and looked at his opponent. Rentaro held his right hand out and positioned his left above it as if he were to be creating a rasengan, when he was actually pooling doton chakra beneath his opponent. Rentaro jumped off from the arch towards his opponent in a straight line, when four slabs of stone each lined with spikes emerged around the ankles of the Uchiha, clamping down on them both. Rentaro would quickly form a legitimate wind-infused Rasengan in his right hand at that point, and slam it into his opponent's chest.

Description: The user focuses chakra beneath the opponent and manipulates the earth around that them. The user makes the earth from two parallel directions quickly pounce up on the opponents leg(s). The two slabs are full of spikes on the inside and moulds to the opponents leg upon clamping to it. The height can range from the top of the thigh to just the ankle. It happens in a quick, surprising action, like a bear trap.

Description: Rasengan doesn't require handseals, only molding of the chakra. The user focuses and creates a fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. A direct Rasengan hit can be lethal but the user needs to actually physically hit the opponent for it to work.
The Rasengan would blast the Uchiha back to mid range, but in doing so his ankles were forces out of the spiked clamps, tearing off large parts of his feet. At that point, however, the Uchiha would already be dead.
