Kaneki stood firm in the open field. The grass beneath his feet poked up between his toes, and the gentle gusts of wind shook his clothing in subtle, constant ways. Looking at his opponent, he recognized the robe he was wearing quite easily - he was from Konohagakure himself. The Fourth Hokage, The Yellow Flash, Minato Namikaze. He was a familiar face thanks to it being carved into the side of the cliff that hugged the village behind the Hokage Mansion. He had heard tales of how the Hokage had protected the village from the Nine Tailed Fox once upon a time, which spoke for itself. He was an opponent that Kaneki could not afford to not take seriously. Activating his Sharingan, Kaneki spoke to the man, saying,
Yellow Flash...What happened to your loyalty to Konohagakure?
Kaneki referred to the man's headband, which clearly represented the village hidden in the rain, his old home.
I guess that I am not one to talk either though, now am I...?
Kaneki cracked his fingers as he said this, and a wicked smile crossed his lips.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill
Note: C rank usage is for 1T Sharingan, B rank usage is reserved for 2T Sharingan. A Rank usage is reserved for 3T Sharingan.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

As Minato watches the man before him, he begins to speak of Minato's loyalty to his home village, ironically enough. As he listens, Minato can't help but think that he hears something familiar in the man's voice. I guess you could say that my ideals no longer matches that of the Leaf, but I suppose we could say the same about you, Kaneki. Minato says in a cool tone, remembering where he had heard this voice before. I knew your Father briefly, and I apologize for his transgressions. His actions were monstrous, and as most laws of the universe would say, he also created a monster. Because of this, you cannot be allowed to continue.
At this moment, Minato notices the crimson glare the young Uchiha was giving off at him. I see that you understand. I'll try to make this as painless as possible Minato says concentrating his chakra into the man's brain by forming the ram handseal.
While under this illusion, the man would feel his spirit lift from his body. Seeing the world from his spirits point of view, the man would see a motionless terrain just as he left it from a birds eye view. This however would just be a simple illusion, in reality the man would just be standing still in one spot, immobilized. As soon as the man is under Minato's illusion, Minato throws a single FTG kunai aimed for the man's heart.

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their opponents brain by forming the Ram hand sign to put them under an illusion. In this illusion, they will feel themselves lift from their own body, in an astral projection style experience. While lifted from their body, in what would seem to be almost a spirit form to the target, they would be able to see themselves, as well as the terrain and others within it as it was at the time of the jutsu. Because of the mechanics of this jutsu, the target is left completely immobilized for the time they are under it. While watching from above, they will notice that the rest of the world has frozen in time, with no movement from anything. This is all within the illusion, within reality the target/targets are just stood motionless.
-Usable thrice per battle
-No B-Rank+ Genjutsu for two turns
-Can only be taught by Xicer

Not allowed to continue, you say? I have to continue on, I am the shadow that protects my comrades. And I am the crimson flames that will burn all to the ground that try and stop me. I'm not the weak one, the weak get consumed.
Kaneki was placed under a genjutsu after he said this.
I will nOt BE ConSUmED. I won't I won't I won't I won't I-
It was child's play for Kaneki to understand that Minato had used genjutsu on him, as he already had his Sharingan activated prior to it. He could see his own chakra flow was disturbed, and as he tried to move his hand to cut it with his fingernails, he noticed he could not move. Understanding that it was part of the genjutsu, Kaneki decided upon reacting in a different way. Kaneki watched from above as all was static, not even the grass at their feet moved in the wind. That was likely another part of the genjutsu. Kaneki was drawn back into his physical body as he channeled earthen chakra all throughout his body, encasing him in a layer of stone armor that broke him out of the genjutsu. The armor would take on the default look besides having an opening for his mouth, the openings for his eyes being large as to allow a wider field of view, and small openings to allow access to his ninja pouch and katana, though in the case of each a layer of earth would encase them still to allow for defense, with a small opening at the top for access (an opening at the hilt of the katana so the user can easily grab it, essentially covering the sheath in earth, and the opening for his ninja pouch looking like a pocket of sorts so that only an attack preformed from above at a very specific angle would be able to enter the armor).
(Doton: Koka no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hardening Technique

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.
With the kunai only feet away from him, Kaneki passively caused a spike of earth to emerge from his chest to hit the kunai directly back at his opponent. As this happened, Kaneki wove a few hand seals and stomped his right foot onto the ground, channeling earthen chakra beneath Minato. Massive chunks of earth would rise from under him, jagging into him before exploding, causing shrapnel to pierce him and reach up to mid range away in all directions, with the explosion covering all of short range. Kaneki would be safe from the shrapnel due to his armor, but Minato would need to react to avoid it.
(Iwagakure Doton Kinjutsu- Tsuchi no Hanabi) Village hidden in the Rocks Secret Earth release- Earthen Fireworks

Damage points: 80 (-15 to the user)
Description: the user will string together a chain of hand seals and stomps his foot on the ground releasing huge amounts of earth chakra causing chunks of earth to protrude from under the opponent to jag him as they begin to explode causing even more damage from the shrapnel being released from the explosions. The radius of the jutsu, covers short range all around the opponent but the shrapnel reaches mid-range. If used within short range, the user will need to defend against this technique as well.
*Note: No Earth for the next turn or S-rank the turn after that.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Finally, Kaneki wove the hand seals Tiger → Ram → Rat and slammed his hands onto the ground, creating two enormous rock formations to the left and right of where the previous explosion occurred. The two rock formations would slam into each other, crushing anything between them including Minato if he were to have escaped his doom from the previous jutsu.

Description: The user will do 3 handseals (Tiger → Ram → Rat) and slam his hands on the ground which creates two enormous rock formations that close in on the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous force, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.
