Why not? I'll use my canon character as well.
Konan arrives on the field to see the youthful and handsome Shisui Uchiha. She came with her under-attire, not sporting any cloaks of any kind. She approaches the young man carefully and in a non-aggressive manner.
"Hello there, young Shisui. I have heard some good things about you..." She smiles warmly.

Shisui smirked as the woman approached him without her Akatsuki jacket. She had maybe turned away from that life. After Konan has spoken, Shisui responded,
Have you, now? That's good to know! Unfortunately, I have heard a couple bad rumors about you... But they all include the Akatsuki, and from the looks of it, you've deviated from that path!
Shisui smiled as he said this, then slipped a hand into his pouch and pulled out a small scroll. He tossed it towards Konan gently and cleared his throat.
Anyways, inside that scroll is some basic stuff of the water technique you were interested in. Preform it on my clone and give me one strength and weakness, as well as one way to counter it and one way to use it in battle effectively. Also ask questions if you have any.
With that, Shisui created a shadow clone which reached for his tantō and held it in a reverse grip in front of him in his right hand.

Description:
The user begins by gripping their wrist with one of their hands, and gathers chakra into the palm of the hand which's wrist is being gripped, palm open. The user shapes the suiton chakra in their palm, making a sphere which has many gaps in it and is linked together by many strands. The sphere spins as very high speeds, and is about the size of a Magic 8 Ball. The user can slam the sphere onto an opponent, activating it's real ability. The sphere will hurt the opponent enough to form bruises through impact, but the many strands that make up the sphere quickly unravel and wrap tightly around the opponent, constricting him/her. The strands are so tight that they can break skin. Another usage shown is the ability to use this to "slice" apart incoming projectiles by hitting it with the sphere, allowing the strands to wrap around/through it, and break it apart.
-Must be taught by Leathercandle.
-Can be used thrice per battle.
-No S ranked or above water jutsu on the same turn.
-The strands can wrap around the entire body of an opponent, making them look similar to a wrapped mummy, or they can constrict specific parts of the body.

Sorry for causing such an old thread to re-surface, I just found it and wanted to tie up this loose end in case my jutsu fills up and she tries to learn it from here after 2 years.
