Ohhh ok I seeI meant that it wouldn't be normally quelled as a fireball would, by small waves, etc. since it has a certain solidity to it. It's also meteor sized. o_____o It would be stopped in it's path and extinguished by large water waves though.
( Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent after performing one handseal. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform Kirin.
This is one of my favorite Fire jutsus in the B-Ranks. You weave one handseal and gather your fire chakra in your lungs, and exhale out fire, while shape manipulating it to give it the shape of a dragon, and forming a fireball. You expel these fireballs rapidly in succession. The fire in these fireballs is hot enough to change the weather conditions, and due to the extreme heat, thunder clouds are formed. Obviously, the range is long, so it's pretty great. It can easily be comboed with Wind jutsus to augment it's intensity and speed. This tech serves as a prerequisite for performing one of the most powerful Lightning techs; Kirin.
( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.
This one is explosive fire again. You gather your Fire chakra in your hands, and condense it, so that all your chakra in focused at one point and form fire. You then swing your hands, and you shape manipulate the fire to form several shots which then leave your hand, once you swing it. The fire shots cause explosions with the object they collide with, due to the sudden release of the built up chakra all at once. They however, don't have the ability to burn, and can only cause explosions. You can make them converge on your opponent, and use a Wind jutsu to speed up their travelling. Can you tell me why the range is given as mid?
( Katon: Hōsenka Tsumabeni ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.
This was used by Itachi against Killer B. You take out several shuriken, and gather a medium amount of Fire chakra in your lungs. You then throw the shurikens, while exhaling fire at them, at the same time. As other projectile weapons, you can throw the shurikens in such a way so that it is hard for the opponent to defend from them all at once. Since the flames are made up of your chakra, the shurikens continue burning even after impact continuously, unlike other fire techs, where the flames disappear once the chakra put into them is exhausted.

A techniques someone recently used against me, in fact they used it yesterday! A unique technique that can be used to alter the weather conditions in order to perform a very strong technique, it's best to try and counter it before it reaches the sky, otherwise your defeat is almost guarantee'd. Although it isnt necessarily a down side, it releases multiple ones which means the target will be alerted the second you release a single one, specially if you aim them at the sky, it will help them analyze the situation, though they could very well drop back down so, unknown to the target anyways.
( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
A neat looking technique, the reason why I say is neat its because its a fire technique that doesn't cause fire damage directly, at least not without having it explore which would more or less cause burning damage. This reminds me of the elemental version and possibly more advanced and stronger of explosive tags, you are able to release them more accurately and such. Of course its just a vague comparison of the similarities. I would say that it states mid range because the blast radius would also reach the target if he were to use it short range of himself and the target.

This seems like a more advanced yet more obvious version of the previous one I learned. Unlike the first one the flames these seem to linger around after they strike? Would it just be for that turn? Its neat that the flames have the "ability" to linger around objects that arent naturally flammable.
Would it be possible to use the shadow shuriken technique to multiply one of the flaming shuriken as it contains the user's chakra? Its plausible to clone other chakra related abilities like the flying thunder god seal, so many this is also possible? Of course it would greatly divide the power of the technique.
