After just speaking with another student Yosamu lands in a blur, his high speeds barely traceable by the young shinobi's eyes. As soon as the dust cleared a pari of crimson shiny eyes stared at him. The image then stepped into view to reveal a rather calm looking fellow, with a lean build, he appears to be a lazy one. And lazy he was. He finished jotting something down in a small book of his then kept the pencil behind his ear. After placing the book in safety he looked up at the boy, a weird surge of enthusiasm riled about his face.
"Hey there, sport! Whats your name?"

Izaku's eyes widened with mere amazement as he saw his teacher appear in a burst of speed. It was as though one moment nothing as there, and instantly afterwards a cloud of dust appeared with an individual hidden inside it. Moments later Izaku was asked a question and he calmly replied while pressing his left thumb with a closed fight against his chest.
My name is Izaku Raiken, of the Hyuga Clan, it is an honor to be learning under you Senpai.
"Please, I'm not that famous!" A small sign of blush on his face, he quickly shook his head and with the motion the look was gone. It was replaced with concentration.

Katon... my polar opposite, I am more of a water person. Fire techniques are mostly released and molded inside of the body and released from the user's mouth. There are two notorious clans that display great usage in fire release. One of them is the Uchiha Clan who mostly focus on fire balls while the Sarutobi Clan revolves more around streams and special fire techniques such as ash. Some of the advantages of fire is that it is strong against wind release, in some cases depending on which direction the wind is released from, it will fuel the fire and make it stronger. If they clash against each other, it will weaken the fire, however it will continue forward. To my understanding, Fire holds a one rank advantage over wind. Another advantage of fire is the combinations that can be created from it, for example if a low enough rank is used on a high ranking water technique, or possibly one with a high enough volume of water, one could boil the water and increase the lethality of it. Something similar can be done with mud, turning into make-shift lava. As I previously stated, it can be combined with wind in order to create a stronger flame. Both fire and lightning hold no real relation, they would both travel through each other due to their intangibility.
With a strength also comes a weakness and that's where my favorite element comes in; Water. Water is able to drown out the flames and holds a one rank advantage over the element. Not only does it hold an advantage rank wise but also through volume. For example, if a high ranking golf ball fire ball is released towards a low ranking tsunami wave of water, the fire would be unable to completely take care of the wave as the volume of water continued to reach the target at hand. Another disadvantage is that fire needs oxygen in order to breath and stay alive. This means it can not be created in vacuum-like places, which would be very rare and nearly impossible to create by regular means.

Ok this one involves Bukijutsu, by throwing some shurikens at the opponent you'll mentally activate your Katon chakra you had embedded in them to ignite them. This can catch someone off guard and toast em. Slash and burn!

Now now, not to push you too hard but I want you to spit out a fireball. Simply use shape manipulating on your Katon chakra to morph it into a perfect sphere. It might not be A stuff but hey, its enough to defend you from animals and other weak things.
( Katon: Komakai Kaki ) - Fire Release: Small Fire

The list wasn't in order! As for the size of the "small" fire balls, exactly how small are they?
Izaku begins to focus his fire chakra inside of his throat and thinks of fire, trying to use nature transformation to change it into fire chakra. As the chakra exits his mouth, he uses shape manipulation to shape them into golf ball sized balls of fire, three to be exact. The fire balls are released straight forward, striking a near by tree.
Izaku follows up to the next exercise as he reaches behind him and into his pouches with both hands. He grabs two shuriken in between his fingers with either hand. While doing so he channels them with his raw fire chakra, although invisible to the naked eye. (I think?) Izaku then swipes his hands in front of him, releasing the shuriken towards the previous tree he had struck with the small fire balls. With a mental command, he expands the chakra in the shuriken outwards, causing them to ignite into flames, increasing their overall damage.
Izaku takes a breath as he begins to concentrate on the next technique. It was very similar to the first one, except instead of releasing several, he would only focus on one. With that in mind, Izaku began to focus fire chakra inside of his throat once again while using nature transformation to convert it to fire chakra and then shape manipulation to form it into a perfect sphere as it exits his mouth. The sphere would finish destroying what was left of the tree after so many attacks.

Izaku practices the shown hand seals as he then continues to perform the four necessary in order to execute the technique. While doing the seals he inhales while molding his fire chakra into the properties of explosive gas inside of his lungs. He then finishes it off by releasing it from his mouth as a stream. Shortly after, he leaps backwards in a backwards flip as he throws a burning tag, causing the gas lingering around to detonate into an explosion.
Izaku naturally feels more comfortable in close range fighting so he gets into a normal stance with his feet shoulder width apart as he proceeds to extend his left palm forward. While doing so he focuses fire chakra through his arm and into his palm, molding it and manipulating it's shape to release a short stream of flames from the center of his palm as he completes the thrust.
Yes it has a translucent look, kind of watery like. But in the heat of battle it could be overlooked by your opponent. To C ranks!
Ok pretty simple, no hand seals, just intense heat being inflicted on an opponent. It can give them a heat stroke and cause them to collapse, no biggie for such a Katon prodigy as yourself eh?

( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream
Ok this is Obito's jutsu back in his noob days with Minato sensei. It requires 6 hand seals, inhalation, then exhale making sure to add the Katon chakra to the air as it leaves your mouth, through your index and thumb. The fireball will burst to life almost immediately, drawing air from around it to fuel its bloodthirsty ambitions. You can either choose to stream it or spew it out as a smaller ball to mid ranged. Lay waste to these fools.

(Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
Ok this looks like something Shikamaru would do. Get a lighter from your fab ninja pouch and light it afire, then throw it in the desired direction to then have your will exerted on it to grow into a wall of flames. This flaming wall can intercept some attacks and can even lead to combos. Stop him.

"Katon Prodigy..."
Izaku begins to focus fire chakra inside of his lungs as he takes a deep breath. He then begins to use shape manipulate as he releases the fire chakra from his mouth, he maintains the form as a stream of flames that heads directly towards the chef, taking advantage of the extreme heat to cause him to collapse from a heat stroke.
Izaku memorizes the hand seals and begins to practice them. After he gets them down, he chains them together by performing "Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger" he quickly takes a deep breath as he converts his chakra inside his lungs into fire. While doing so, he brings his left hand in front of his mouth while creating a circle with his index and thumb. He then continues by spewing the chakra, allowing him to use the air to fuel a large stream of fire that is shape manipulated into a giant orb of flames that attempts to burn the incoming shinobi.
Noticing the shinobi release a wind attack towards him, Izaku scrambles into his ninja pouch in order to grab a lighter. He continues by opening it and turning it aflame, quickly after he throws it out in front of him. As the lighter leaves his hand, he focuses fire chakra into the natural flame, allowing him not only to manipulate it but to fuel it further, allowing him to expand it into a defensive wall of flames that would stop the incoming wind and cancel both out in the process.

Basically, the jutsus are divided into several methods, and there's a writeup for each method that Lili and Scorps had prepared, and Reborn and me modified it. I'll post the method description, and I'll ask you to tell me the advantages/disadvantages of said method, and then, as a test of your knowledge, ask you to list all the jutsus that would fall under the specific method(All ranks). I'll modify your list if there's anything missing/anything wrong you've added, and then, train the jutsus according to the list. Now, one downside here is that, for eg, if I teach you a D-Rank technique of method 2, it doesn't mean you can use all D-Rank jutsus in battle. It means that you can only use those techniques which I have taught you, in battle. This doesn't hold for cjs although. If you've even started one C-Rank, for eg, you can submit Fire jutsus upto C-Rank. Anyway, would you prefer an RP style training or a regular discussion style training? Also, I will only ask you to analyze the jutsus. No template or any of that boring, generic bs.

What does Fire signify and personify for you? The element as well as the RL Fire.
Well fire for me reminds me of light and purity, not in the sense of being clean, but in the sense of cleansing, burning and having it rebuilt. This also ties in with destruction, when I see fire, I see two sides of the same coin, creation and destruction. The fire in the anime embodies the will of the individual as well as potential power. Not only do I see light but I see life, with it's fiery structure. Not sure if this is what you meant

Ty Senpai! And bare with me on this one, I will go solely with the top of my head, so I may get some information wrong and it also might be short
Chakra - It can be classified as a source of energy to put it simply. It flows throughout our body similar to blood, and just like blood, the chakra has veins that are called chakra coils (if I remember correctly) The chakra coils are intertwined along our body, spreading roughly how the veins are. This energy can then be manipulated to perform ninjutsu techniques which I will explain below. Chakra is the foundation in which the rest of the "energies" branch from. Then comes elemental chakra which is the concept of raw chakra manipulation in order to artificially create elements by mimicking the properties of it. For example; Vibrating chakra to the point where the user can create lightning energy. Chakra can be used to manipulate natural energy which is the energy that branches from life itself, like the trees and the earth, however this one is much more difficult to manipulate. Lastly, if I remember correctly there is also biju chakra which is a special type of chakra, similar to raw but in essence stronger. The chakra comes from the tailed beast themselves which arguements the strength over all.
Ninjutsu - Is the art form of utilizing the energy which is known as chakra in order to fuel it and perform techniques. Ninjutsu vary in strength and difficulty, as well as simplicity. It can be used to release chakra from the soles of your feet to increase your speed by gripping firmly against the surface of the ground, or you could even manipulate solid objects like projectiles to create physical copies.
Why | Hand Signs - Some techniques require the weaving of hand signs in order to effectively mold together the spiritual and physical energies within the user's body, which in essence is chakra itself. In some cases hand seals are also incorporated in order to accurately divide the ratio that techniques require for creation. In most cases, seals are needed when the techniques are complex in nature, though this is not always the case. Some skilled users have studied and trained in certain techniques so much that they require less hand seals in order to mold the chakra inside them to execute techniques.

They're called tenketsu, but you're right. Interesting definitions. Much different from the traditional textbook definitions. Good, good. I'll put ahead my definitions of these core concepts:
"Chakra" is basically life essence or life force which exists in human bodies and animals. Without it, a shinobi can die. It can be considered "blood" and soul for a ninja. It is the molding of physical energies and spiritual energies in the body. Physical energy is the energy given off by the body cells and can be increased with more stamina and practise. Spiritual energy is derived from the consciousness of the mind and can be increased through great concentration and meditation. It is the basis for all almost all the ninja skills like Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, except Taijutsu in some special cases. It flows through the chakra circulatory system, and in it, there are 361 points aka nodes in the body known as tenkutsu. The function of the tenketsu is to regulate and control the flow of chakra. If these weren't present, then chakra would flow through some specific organ, thus there wouldn't be a balance in the chakra flow. Every ninja in the narutoverse possesses a chakra pool. Shinobis with a very high chakra pool like Naruto can perform a lot of higher ranked techniques like Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, etc. without having the fear of getting their chakra depleted at once. Senju Clan members for eg, have very high chakra reserves and a high physical energy aka high "Yang" energy, thus their naturally strong bodies and on the other hand, the Uchiha clan members have a very high spiritual energy, i.e. high "Yin" energy, thus their proficiency in genjutsu and visual prowess. It is possible to have high chakra if you possess very strong willpower. If chakra runs out completely in a shinobi, then he dies as shown when Kakashi died due to his chakra completely running out against Deva Pein. It can be divided into several types like:

Ninjutsu means "Ninja Arts" and is something that allows the shinobi to do something that a normal human can't do, like walking on water, manipulating elements, the usage of special as well as bladed weapons, stealth, transformation, etc. The effects of ninjutsu are real. Most of the time, it heavily relies on the usage of handseals as well as chakra. Regular ninjutsu doesn't incorporate the usage of elements for it, like stealth, a basic Rasengan, etc. Elemental Ninjutsu is an advanced form of ninjutsu, which incorporates the usage of basic 5 elements, as well as advanced combinations to create stronger jutsus which have the respective properties of the 5 elements. Elemental ninjutsu is stronger to regular ninjutsu, since regular ninjutsu only uses raw chakra, whereas, elemental ninjutsu uses both Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation. The perfect Rp example would be that, a Wind natured or a Lightning natured Rasengan would have a greater destructive force than a standard Rasengan, obviously because the elemental Rasengan contains violently rotating chakra as well as the violently rotating chakra is given the property of the respective elements.
Handseals are hand gestures, which primarily manipulate chakra and dictate the exact amount of chakra needed for the respective specific technique. Weaving of handseals makes chakra take different "patterns". Some techniques require a large number of handseals, which is related to the complexity of performing that technique and if not weaved properly, in order, or if the user loses focus in between, then the technique is either executed in a weaker state, or it is dispersed midway, depending on the specific technique. A good example is Water Dragon Bullet Technique. It was shown that the technique required a string of 44 handseals to perform, however the Second Hokage, Tobirama could perform it with a single handseal, due to his unparalled Water mastery. It is shown in the manga that with time, a shinobi after mastering the specific technique, requires one-literally no handseals to perform it, an example being Chidori, which required some handseals when Sasuke just learnt it. In our RP, the user can perform any 2 elemental releases of his choice, depending on the elements he has placed as specialties, with one-virtually no handseals/faster handseals. Usually, handseals are performed with both the hands, but Haku, Minato, etc have demonstrated the ability to perform it with only a single hand. The 12 basic handseals are Monkey, Ram, Dog, Horse, Dragon, Boar, Rat, Snake, Ox, Hare, Bird, Tiger.

If these weren't present, then chakra would flow through some specific organ, thus there wouldn't be a balance in the chakra flow. Every ninja in the narutoverse possesses a chakra pool. Shinobis with a very high chakra pool like Naruto can perform a lot of higher ranked techniques like Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, etc. without having the fear of getting their chakra depleted at once.
