Great. Next is Wind cutter. Use your wind chakra to create gust of wind that cuts through incoming wind attack that's on lower or same Rank as the Wind cutter is.

Cool. Next is falling petal dance. Focus your wind chakra and make Tiger → Hare → Dragon handseals. After that you must use your wind chakra to create vortex/cyclone of wind that you have full control on.
Good. Next comes wind return. I'll just post the jutsu here since the description tells everything needed to know.

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjuction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Great. Now it's time to teach you hurricane fist. It's really simple jutsu originally used by Asuma. Focus wind chakra to your hand and punch air. Once you punch the air you must release the wind chakra so that it takes form of vortex that heads towards the direction you punched to.
