Alright I'll give you these three at once only because they're very basic.

For the first one I want you to simply generate a gust of wind in a short range area the gust of wind is non lethal but will generate lose sand and dust. When used at the right time on something that your opponent used for leverage he will be forced to slip or fall off balance. Solid justu for its rank.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

The second justu is also simple. Generate a very small but quick rumbling wall of wind. The wall is weak. But is capable for blowing away kunai and smalls tools. It should be noted that if it comes in contact with a paper bomb it'll cause it to explode.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Alright and for the third and final justu simply create a stream of air capable of picking up your opponent. The stream will pick up rocks and other small items like it and utilize the opponent(Suspended in the air) to an advantage. The rocks will hit the person while he's in the air doing slight, minor damage to him.

FIRST JUTSU

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As the battle starts Kronoa starts the battle by Manipulating chakra into a thick wind that blasts the area in sand blinding the opponent and making every surface slippery.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As the enemy throws a kunai Kronoa manipulates wind chakra and makes a thick swirling wall of wind in front of him that stops the kunai in its tracks throwing it to the side.

[B]How you would use it in battle:[/B] to Knock the enemy off his feet to follow up with another jutsu
[B]How you would counter it:[/B] Use a simple transformation jutsu to not be hit by it.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As Kronoa sees his opponent running towards him he creates a gust of wind that picks his opponent up off his feet flying him threw the air. While flying through the air the enemy is hit by rocks and rubble.

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

Probably one of the most useful wind justu. If you're lifted into the air you can blow out a stream of wind allowing you to change directions. Dodging attacks, or placing yourself into a better position to attack.

[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):[/B] As Kronoa falls from his jump he notices sharp pillars of earth rising from the ground. Kronoa blows a powerful stream of wind from his mouth changing his direction of the fal landing safely on his feet next to the sharp pillars of earth.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Clap your hands together and compress and transform wind chakra into a powerful gale. Don't let the word powerful fool you, its strength is only at the point of knocking down a person violently. Maybe even knocking down small trees. But you can use this justu along with kunai and other weaponry to increase their speed and power.
