"Hello, Sensei," speaks Konan. "Before you ask, I have studied paper ninjutsu as you might know and here are some facts about it":
-The paper is created by thinning and infusing chakra, allowing it to appear in near limitless quantities
-Due to its chakra based form, It cuts and wounds on a level above that of even normal shuriken. (Thus meaning you might as well not bring shuriken to a fight as a paper specialist, as they lose effectivity.)
-It is weak to oil, as that makes the paper heavy, wet, and sticky making it lose effectivity.
-I would assume water would wet it, causing it to get pulpy and lose effectivity

Good I guess. Though from intently reading your trainings, I know that was what you were gonna say next. I only just noticed my bio was approved because im actually blind and couldn't tell. Well T___________T'' Perhaps, it would have been the next thing, however there is something I wanted to ask you before actually getting into the training part. Why did you chose paper ninjutsu as ability to learn? What drown you to the ability? Also, paper ninjutsu is a hidden ability, rather than a KG but that's alright xD.

Well, it's mainly 2 reasons. One being that Konan is a very cool, and sort of contemporary version of deidara. The second is that Konan really isnt seen using much but paper as a weapon, and still ends up being a very powerful ninja, capable of fighting Obito (pre Juubi) and nearly pulling off a win.

Oh, sorry about that. So basically the paper is manipulated and used through fine tuned chakra control, which gives it its thin, sturdy, and maneuverable composition unlike normal paper. It also allows it's user to control its form, so that way you could cut pieces of paper simply using chakra constantly, creating many smaller pieces of paper. I also forgot to add that many of the advanced techniques drain chakra quickly, as they are sustained techniques. (Dance of the Shikigami I.E)

Paper ninjutsu is style of fighting that was only seen using by Konan and that was originally made by her. Paper ninjutsu works in such a way that you infuse your chakra into paper sheets and then use them to your advantage. By infusing chakra into paper you can control that little paper how you like, in a very creative yet deadly way. Even though using paper as a fighting weapon sounds very foolish at first and doesn't look so intimidating, it is very durable to many things that may be declared as its weaknesses. This type of ninjutsu allows user to even convert their whole or parts of bodies into paper itself making user non vulnerable to any type of taijutsu attacks because any kind of physical attack will just go trough body of user. Another great thing is that the rapidness,speed as well as strength of paper that are caused by excellent control of it represent a great defense from fairly strong Fire techniques making paper neutral to fire. User of paper ninjutsu is able to make paper so sharp that it is able to cut through rocks making it also neutral to Earth Release. Paper ninjutsu is strong against Lighting Release because lighting can't be infused into paper which means that paper is a great insulator. Paper ninjutsu techniques,like every existing techniques,have weaknesses. One of them are liquid-based techniques, like Water Release and techniques based on oil,because they make paper heavier,wetter and unable to control. Although this is weakness of paper ninjutsu,in manga as well as anime we saw Konan using it to her advantage. She purposely made her paper to soak water and in that way used wet paper to help her defend from fire although in our RP Paper ninjutsu is neutral to Fire Release. One more thing that we saw in manga is that Konan used water to wash the oil off of her. That happened when Jiraiya used oil based technique on her completely stopping her movement. In that situation water helped her to wash the oil off of her,allowing her to move freely again. One more weakness of Paper Ninjutsu techniques is Wind Release because wind is able to cut right trough paper. One more advantage of paper and why it is so good is that you are able to use explosive tags instead of paper,which are going to explode when they come in contact with opponent causing serious damage. In the manga we saw Konan greatly using this ability to stun her opponents. She would mix explosive tags with her clones to make them rush towards her opponents and surprise them. Also we saw her combining it so well that she was able to stop Obito from transporting himself and even making such a strong shinobi as Obito to lose one of his hands and almost his life.

It says after using body of paper jutsu which I assume is dance of the shikigami. I'm guessing I don't actually need that technique to do this one now though? Anyways.
Konan, focuses her chakra into her hand. She then uses paper chakra to make her hand turn to many small sheets of paper. Konan then releases her chakra from her hand, in the form of 15 small hummingbirds, which fly out her sleeve.

I am sorry, it is my mistake that I did not mention it in the post. Anyhow, once there was a technique which went by that name however it does not belong to the list any longer. Now, each jutsu which has a mention of body of paper jutsu is performed by usage of paper from users body. There are techniques which require you to use Dance of the Shikigami beforehand however this is not one of them.
Paper chakra? You need to explain properly how you do stuff. Firstly saying that you release chakra into paper sheets and manipulating the said chakra to create specific forms with the sheets in which you released it previously. Perform it again.

Konan, focuses her chakra into her hand. She then forms the chakra in to make her hand into a paper like consistency. Konan then focuses her chakra into the paper, and uses it to mold the animals she will release. Konan then finally releases her chakra from her hand, in the form of 15 small hummingbirds, which fly out her sleeve.

You wouldn't use your chakra to make your hand into paper. You would merely infuse few paper sheets with chakra and create differing animals. But let's move on. Keep that in mind however.

Konan draws a sheet of paper and cuts in three with her chakra. She then infuses the sheets with a small bit of chakra. By molding the chakra infused sheets, she forms 3 small paper shuriken. She then throws them, and by using the chakra inside them, she makes them turn towards a nearby tree branch. The shuriken then cut through the branch and stop moving shortly after.

Konan, focusing her chakra into her precut sheets of paper, uses said chakra to make the paper form into 3 small shuriken, infused with her chakra. She then throws the shuriken, missing her mark, a thin tree branch. Using her chakra, she redirects them in a u-turn fashion back to their target, which they then hit. The branch falls to the ground in three neat segments.
