*Kirikoe moulds his chakra into that of wind chakra and focuses it to the palm of his hands, Kirikoe violently swings his hand towards Priest's clone releasing a powerful wave of wind generated from the force of the swing and the infused wind chakra which travels straight at the clone and smashing against it, Kirikoe lets out a deep breath and relaxes*
Proceed and do the same thing but with a small tweak at the end. Release wind by swinging your hand quite right but instead of making it into a wave of wind, make it thinner and like a slicing blade so that it is able to cut in half, a wind sphere my clone will send towards you.
My clone sends a massive sphere of wind towards you.
*Kirikoe moulds his chakra transforming it and focuses it to the palm of his hand.. condensing it and sharpening it as much as he can.. Kirikoe then swings his hand downwards as if it were a blade sending a sharp condensed blade of wind heading towards the sphere of wind that was coming his way, the blade of wind completely slices through the sphere seperating the sphere and thus making it disperse*

It depends on the wind you are slicing. If its a lower rank(D-rank) then it will slice and continue towards your destination but if they are of the same rank, it slices it and cancels.

Actually you release wind from your hands and shape the wind into petals and make them proceed in a cyclone manner towards a destination. The petals are made of your wind so they are very sharp thus its not ordinary or natural petals.
For the second questions, yes it can be used to attack. Immagine you use this on a lower wind technique, after spliting it with ease, it continues towards the target who sent the wind.
Now begin to mold chakra into your lungs after inhaling air. Convert the chakra into wind natured and spew the wind from your mouth as
1. A stream of wind towards my clone
2. A sphere of wind (use shape manipulation to shape the wind into a sphere as it leaves your mouth.
3. A gust of wind and quickly turns into a wave

This one's pretty self-explainatory. Form the required hand sign as you inhale a portion of air, and then exhale it unleashing a burst of wind, generating a good sized gust capable of blowing nearby objects away, objects matching even trees.
Now, give me some pro and cons on them. Ask questions if any. Perform them as well.
*Kirikoe moulds his chakra into wind chakra, he then reaches into his pouch and grabs four shuriken, he tosses the four shuriken into the air and focuses.. Kirikoe exerts his wind chakra and channels his wind chakra into the four shuriken above him, he then begins to rotate the shuriken via his wind chakra as they float in the air around him.. after showing he had grasped the technique Kirikoe releases the wind around his shuriken and catches the four of them and returns them to his pouch*

can control each individually allowing for a multiple direction attack

Jutsu is limited to the amount of shuriken and other circular shaped tools on you
Jutsu would not work well with tools that are not circular so kunai would not work well

i had a bit of trouble thinking of cons for these techniques
Some technique's cons are very obvious such as... ''The easily beaten by a fire technique''. I find that common knowledge and is just an unwritten con. No need to write those, if you don't think theres any worth mentioning, don't mention them. We shall move on, with these windy techniques.
Okay, this technique was originally used through the use of some special swords. Most likely from a filler arc. Rather than expelling the blast from a sword, you will be making the explusion from your gullet. The sphere is near invisible, and blows back your opponents.
