[Suiton] learning the flow of water

Okay, give me a brief summary of what you know about the water element (in your own words), making sure to mention strength and weaknesses in battle, your view on how useful water is and why you want to learn water?
Suiton(water) is one of the 5 basic elements in the narutoverse water is 1 of the natures greatest element because its what keep or earth alive and beautiful. Water is strong against fire element because water doses fire canceling the fire out. Water is weak against earth elements earth technique would absorb the water or nullify it. Water and lightning are neutral to each other yet water is a great conductor to lightning
Reason for wanting to learn suiton its because it a versatile element has great defense properties and because I have some prior lightning training it would make a great combination to have this 2 elements

So that paper will change depending on what type of chakra you channel into it; if you channel lightning into it, it will crinkle along a certain pattern, earth chakra cause it to form a crust of earth on it, fire will cause it to set alight, wind will slice it in two and water will cause it to became damp.
So... thinking about the properties of water, convert your chakra into water nature and channel it into the paper. I'm looking for more than a simple line that restates what I asked you to do, I want you to describe in your own words how you change your chakra into water-chakra etc.

As I receive the piece of paper I sit down beside the river meditating concentrating of the nature of water how the river flow gathering my chakra feeling my blood flow through my body as if it was water picturing the ocean in my mind as my chakra is gathered I would infuse it with water nature transformation channeling it through my hands into the piece of paper which would cause the paper to get damp.

Right, so you can manifest water chakra now. That's a decent start, but now you must learn to create larger amounts of water through the same elemental manipulation you just performed then. We'll work on shape manipulation at a later time.
First off, walk over to that puddle and channel your chakra into it. Try to create a small wave that moves from one side to the other. Once you have done that, try to create your own puddle of water using your chakra.

It a good defense technique because its quick to. Perform no hand seal required which make the technique instant also it could be used to create a water source to use in a later stage when you want to perform a technique that requires a water source.
Its a technique that's great to use against fire users also would be a good combination with a lightning jutsu to enhance it.

Don't forget that these basic D-rank jutsu are easy to incorporate into basic and/or free-form taijutsu to make your fights more dynamic.
This jutsu is a more specific application of the previous jutsu you learned:
Gather your water chakra and focus it in your preferred arm, releasing it as a shield of water from either your forearm or hand.

I would start gathering chakra throughout my whole body together with my water nature transformation,channeling my water based chakra into my dominant hand,I would release a type of water wall in front of me.
The obvious reason would be to defend yourself, I would use it against fire techniques and to negate weapons. Because the jutsu is short range and has no damage capabilities is useless for attacking your opponent,but the jutsu is quite quick to perform and needs no water source.

A further expansion of the Basic Water Release Jutsu:
By channeling water chakra to your preferred hand, you will create water and then via shape manipulation, create a small sword, the size of a dagger.

I would gather my chakra throughout my entire body,as the raw chakra is formed I would infuse it with water nature transformation, channeling the chakra to my hand, as the chakra begins to show true form of water I would use shape manipulation to shape the water into a dagger.
As the jutsu is a weapon shaped jutsu Its best use in close combat,as if its kenjutsu. The dagger can be used as normal, it has stabbing and cutting properties, the manipulated shape is held as a normal weapon would be held
I don't think that the dagger would be able to penetrate earth jutsu's because of its weakness to earth.

Now for the trade-mark jutsu of the Seven Swordsman of the mist:
This jutsu can be executed in one of two ways; by either releasing water vapour from your mouth, or by 'lifting' water vapour off the ground from already present water. You have full control over how thick it is and you have a greater ability to see than your opponent since you are able to control the fogs thickness around you etc.
The note about the three dojutsu in the techniques description, means that a Hyuuga or someone with the Byakugan active will be able to see you regardless of the mist, were as an Uchiha/Sharingan user and Rinnegan users will only see a massive blur of chakra- which is the mist. They would be able to detect different chakra signatures in the mist, but not be able to find the user of the Hiding in the Mist jutsu.
Reply in the same way I've had you reply to the previous jutsu, maybe go into a little more detail this time.

I'll start off by gathering my raw chakra throughout my entire body,as the raw chakra is form I would infuse it with water transformation,performing the ram hand seal then channeling the chakra to my mouth releasing a dense vapor from my mouth causing a mist cloud that I would be able to manipulate and determine how thick or thin the mist is.
The mist is a great distraction tech whereby you can hide yourself from your opponent and making it harder for your opponent to counter what ever jutsu you use in conjunction with the mist tech. As I am a student still I would use it against opponents that has greater speed then me or sensory types to confuse them especially sharingan and rinnegan which are doujutsus.
I got a question for you the mist is a form of water so what would happen if a lightning jutsu is used within mist. That applies to me and the opponent
A disadvantage to the jutsu would be that mist is easily blown away so it would not last long in a fight if your opponent should use a wind jutsu then the mist renders no use.
