Raiton Seiteki Batafurai (Static Butterflies)

Description: The user builds up lightning chakra within his palm and shapes it into a disk. He holds his palm above his head then as the chakra build up gradually increases, the user claps his hands together releasing a swarm of small butterflies (10-20 butterflies | Size: 5-7 cm) The butterflies then travel at the opponent hastily in a cluster, and shock the opponent multiple times. Due to multiple butterflies attacking him, the butterflies cause slight paralysis. Leaving the opponent stunned for a brief moment.
Note: Can be used by swinging a staff or sword aswell
Note: Can only be used 4 times per battle
Note: Can only be taught by The 4th Raikage
Okay build up yer lightning chakra then focus it into your sword. Then swing downward releasing a wave of lightning. Thn focus more chakra into the wave, thus shaping it into a cluster of butterfly. When doing the jutsu specify how many. After your perform the jutsu you learned it. Close the thread and update your customs thread

Description: The user performs a single handseal, then holds his dominant hand up to his mouth. Almost as if he is about to perform a fireball. This jutsu works similar to wind return jutsu. Just with water jutsu. So the opponentn sends a giant wave of water at you. The user would perform a single handseal, then hold his dominant hand up to his mouth. As the wave gets closer, the user would release a blast of pressurized water from his mouth seperating the wave in two. Causing it to travel around or away from the user.
Note: Can only part/seperate B rank and below water jutsu
Note: Can only be ued twice per battle
Note: This jutu is multi directional, meaning it can be aimed upward , left, right, and downward

Alright, so this is basically how you use my jutsu. In short.
Perform a single handseal, then hold your hand up to your mouth as if your'e gonna shoot a fireball. Then when the enemy shoots a b rank water jutsu or below at you, release a blast of pressurized water towards the middle of the incoming jutsu. Sending it in opposite directions of the other. Hence the name Parting seas, since they split apart. Simple enough..

I grab my sword and as I hold it with both hands, I begin to gather raiton-infused chakra into my palms and then focus it into the sword. I then raise my sword above my head, while still channeling chakra into to it. Once done, I swing my sword downwards, releasing a wave of lightning. I then focus more chakra into the wave, manipulating it, creating 15 butterflies.

I perform one hand seal and I raise my right hand up to my mouth, as if I'm about to release a fire ball. Then as the random ninja releases a B-rank water jutsu at me, I release a blast of pressurized water towards the middle of the incoming jutsu, sending it in opposite directions of the other.
