Water release is used to increase the power of Wind release, and the Ice release KG requires Water and Wind.
Water with earth can create mud. mixing them is required for the Wood KG.

Inject your water chakra into the lake over there, using it to form a small wave to knock my clone over.

I gather my Suiton chakra then i channel it to the lake, and using chakra controlling i collect some water from the lake, and with shape manipulation i create a wave of water, then with my chakra i give it more power, i attack your clone and knock him over using the the wave of water.

Now I want you to release your water chakra over the surface of the lake, using it to pick off molecules of water and send them up into the air, creating a mist from it.

I start collecting my Water release chakra, then i channel it into the surface of the lack and focus it three, i use my chakra controlling to pick off molecules of water, i add some chakra to evaporate the water, then i add more chakra to increase the size, and using chakra manipulation, i make it much thicker, then i send it to the air, and release it in form of mist that covers a small area.

That is what evaporation is, the molecules separating xD Anyway, you can also release a mist from your mouth if there is not enough water around.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Charge water chakra into one of your hands, using it to form a small amount of water which you'll shape into a small dagger. Make sure to reinforce the water with your chakra to it doesn't collapse into a puddle when striking something. Slash that tree over there, it should look like this Kunai slash *slashes the tree with a kunai*.

I start gathering my Suiton chakra, then i focus it in my right hand, i clear my mind creating a picture of a Kunai, i take the picture, i put it in some chakra then i channel the chakra to my right hand, i convert the water chakra into real water and using shape manipulation i create a kunai, then i add more chakra, i focus it in the water to make it more solid and to give it sharp edges, then i slash a tree with the Kunai.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Similarly so how you made the water dagger solid, hold out your hands in front of you and release your water chakra, to form a dense shield of water in front of you.

*Throws two kunai*

Block those Kunai with the water shield.

I start gathering my Water release chakra, then i focus it in my hands, i clear my mind then i create a picture of a shield, i put the image in some chakra, then i mix the chakra with the Water chakra, i finish the operation by using shape manipulation and good chakra controlling the create a shield of water, then i add more chakra to it to make it solid and more resistant to attack, once you throw the Kunais, i use the water shield to block the attack.

( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

Send your water chakra into that lake next to you and manipulate the water to form a shark. Then manipulate the shark to jump up, out of the water and bite onto my clone.

I clear my mind, then i create an image of shark, i put the image in a small amount of normal chakra, then i start collecting my Water release chakra and focus it in my whole body and i mix it with the normal chakra with the shark image, i channel the chakra to the lack, then with good chakra controlling the water chakra collects some water, and by manipulating it i give it the form of a shark that jumps from the lack and bites your clone's head.

Charge you water chakra while you perform the Rat → Dog → Ox hand seals, then proceed to move your water chakra into your preferred hand to release the chakra in the form of a whip made of water. Use this to lash out at my clone, standing mid-range from you, making it wrap around him while it traps his arms against his body.

I start collecting my Water release chakra, then i focus it in my right hand, i convert it to real water then i gather more chakra, and i mix it with the water, and using chakra manipulation i give it the form of a solid water whip, i lash out at your clone using the water whip i make it wrap around him while it traps his arms against his body.

What are some uses you can think of for this jutsu. remembering that it behaves and acts like a normal whip?... just made of water

O__O Interesting, I was thinking you could lash it to grab a hold of your opponents limb to prevent them from moving/performing hand seals. xD

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Focus water chakra into your mouth, changing it's properties so it becomes very viscose and sticky as you perform the Ram → Tiger hand seals. Then spit out a small amount of the sticky substance around that training dummies feet, then pull on that rope attached to him... If he flies out, you did it wrong, it he is stuck... well, you succeeded xD
