I begin by simply creating a moderately sized portal in front of me, positioned a few meters ahead of where I'm standing. Once I've created the portal I spew out from my mouth a bullet of water that flies through the portal before continuing towards the pitiful man. As the bullet passes through the portal, a small sphere of Keigoku slips into the bullet, firing at you along with the water. As the man hits the water with wind and flies to his left a little, the water is cancelled out but the small ball of Keigoku continues past the man. The moment the sphere gets out of the man's view, I manipulate the Keigoku further to create three spears of Keigoku that are aimed towards the man's back, thrusting at him at high speeds attempting to hit the back of his head...

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave

Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank. If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

As you see, it says shoot at the opponent, not a 360 burst of needles. And nothing else to add.

Description: The user, by using expert chakra control, moulds their Keigoku chakra before opening the portal. Through this method, the user creates a "pressure" of chakra behind the closed portal. Then, the user will open the portal within short range of themselves suddenly, letting the foul chakra explode out into the jutsu. The sudden appearance of such pressurized chakra creates a "flash" of chakra bright enough to momentarily blind dojutsu users and sensors (only if their dojutsu/sensor techniques are active). The Keigoku then shoots forward at the target shaped like lightning, causing pain and temporary incapacitation for one turn
Note: The "sensory/dojutsu blinding" effect lasts long enough for the lightning bolt to travel to mid-range and lasts only during said turn

At this point, you must have some form of training and knowledge of the clan's powers. Tell me, how do you think this works?

Well, thi do you think I'm retarded? Lol. But it works by building up pressurized Keigoku on the moon, but once It's pressurized to a certain point, we create a portal which allows us to release the Keigoku from the moon. Since it was pressurized to such an extent, it instantly shoots out in the form of a lightning bolt while also letting off a "flash" that affects only sensors and doujutsu users (as far as I understand). The "lightning" when in contact with a foe, causes severe mental pain along with incapacitation for one entire turn.....

Right. This one is fairly simple compared to the other. As you've already went through the process of learning to open multiple portals, you simply open multiple portals high in the sky. And cause small raindrop sized pieces of keigoku to fall. The portals are generally created long range from the surface of the earth. Anywhere within long range is fine. And as many portals as you deem possible with overcomplicating the technique. Hundreds, no. Close to a hundred, yes. And the drops fall at the speed of regular rain.

I use my passive ability to open portals in order to create and open exactly 92 portals in the sky, covering the sky in a purple cloud. From the portals I manipulate Keigoku to seep through in the form of rain in order to allow it to rain Keigoku upon the entirety of the field....

Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )

Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide,causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause.This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

This being the main thing that needs addressing, this jutsu causes fuuinjutsus, kinjutsus, medjutsus, genjutsus, high level jutsus (S ranks and higher) to not work as well as jutsus that require 5 seals and more to perform. The way this works is the keigoku causes such mental pain that it causes the target's concentration to be interrupted, not allowing them to focus chakra enough to perform it. Another point of note is that, depending on the rank of the user, it will be very hard to find a counter against this, due to Keigoku's intangibility.

I'd say they would make a shadow upon the earth. And as for your rank:For Paladins, Keigoku can pass through only small bushes, rain, mist, or small rocks. As I say more than once, it doesn't matter what the ranks of the jutsu are, it depends on the rank of the user in the clan.

Guess not. It can pass through fire jutsus to a certain extent, not those of large sizes. Same for the others.
