Learning Raiton with Ushiro

*I raise my right hand above my head and try to gain control over the lightning in the sky. I focus on the natural raiton chakra and eventually I'm able to draw it in form the sky and bring it to my body. I then release the lighting from my hand at shoot it towards your clone that is sent flaing backwards on impact and disperses as he hits the ground.*

I then add lightning chakra to it, thus electrocuting the water. The electricity flows through the water and shocks your clone on impact.*

*I gather lightning chakra within my stomach and when it is enough I channel it into my palms. I then hold out my hands with my palms towards the sky. As I do that I carefully release the lightning chakra from my palms, connectin both sides to a beam of lightning. After that I extend it in length while swinging it above my head for two times, I then extend it again and whip it towads all three clone with a single circulating movement, hittimg and shocking them all.*

Excellent. For the next jutsu you will have to gather lightning chakra in your dominant hand and release lightning from it in the shape of a hound. A cord-like bolt of lightning should be connecting your hand to the hound, allowing you to control it and direct it toward your target.

Description: The user channels his lightning chakra to his dominant hand and then radiates it out making it a hound shaped stream of lightning which stays attached to the users hand through a bolt of lighting.

Next, focus your lightning chakra in your mouth and emit from it a jagged beam of lightning capable of reaching long distances. By dividing the beam and sending them in different directions you can have it strike multiple targets and shock them also.

Description: The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.

Finally, create a physical clone of yourself imbued with lightning chakra. It would be just as fragile as a regular shadow clone but when damaged it transforms back into lightning energy and shocks whoever it's touching at the time. Like a shadow clone it can perform techniques but only b-rank and below lightning.

*I gather some of my raiton chakra and channel into my right hand. When enough chakra is focused within my hand I release a sream of lightning towards the ground and use shape manipulation to turn it into a hound, still with a beam of lightning attached to my hand. I then decide to attack a dummy mid range from me by making the hound dash towards it.*

*I focus lightning cakra within my body and channel it into my mouth. I then release the chakra in form of a jagged beam of lightning like a spear. I direct the spear towards a dummy, then further manipulate the chakra to create three branches, striking 4 targets at the same time.*

* I gather raiton chakra within my stomach and channel it through my chakra network. I then release the chakra and use shape manipulation to create a lighning clone of myself, that has physical substance and is able to use tai- and ninjutsu.*

Ok, for the next jutsu you have to channel lightning chakra into a bladed weapon. Then use the lightning energy inside of the weapon and cause the weapon to vibrate at a high frequency. Along with the boost in power that comes with the infusion of lightning, the vibration should allow the weapon to cut and pierce through most materials.

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.

Next, perform the Ram handseal and raise your hand to the sky while releasing lightning into the sky. You then call down the lightning to strike a target in range. This jutsu is pretty similar to the Lightning Fang one from before but with only one lightning bolt.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

Now take these two windmill shuriken and attach metal cables to them before channeling lightning chakra through them. Then toss them at your target and when they hit, they should shock and paralyze your target since you are running electricity through the cables to him. The effect doesn't last too long though.

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

(Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword

*I firmly hold my katana with my right hand. I gather raiton chakra, channel it through my chakra network, through my arm and into the blade. I then manipulate the chakra within the blade and cause it to vibrate at a high frequency, thus making the blade of my weapon vibrate too. Felling the vibration and the the power inside the katana I dash at the dummie and perform a two-handed vertical slash through the metal, cutting the dummie in half.*


(Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique

*I gather lighning chakra and channel through my raised hands and into the sky. I then create a focal with my chakra in the sky to gather electrical energy. I then make a powerful lightning bolt come down from the sky and strike another dummie.*


(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

*I catch the twowindmill shuriken and attach cables to them while I gather lightning chakra, which I then channel through the cables and into the shuriken. Once that is done I take one shuriken in each hand and throw them at a dummie, shocking and paralizing him upon impact. To maintain the effect a little longer I channel more lightning chakra into the shuriken.*

Well done. Now perform the Ox, Rabbit, Monkey, Dragon, Rat, Bird, Ox, Snake, Dog, Tiger, and Monkey handseals. Then gather lightning chakra in your palm in a concentrated state. Once done, thrust your palm into your target with the lightning energy adding piercing power to your strike. Try it on one of the dummies around here.

The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

Next, focus lightning chakra within your body and release it as a surge of non-focused electricity around you used to paralyze targets similarly to how a tazer works. You can also channel the electricity through metal objects as well as spread it through the air or ground. Try it on these clones.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Now perform a small sequence of handseals before gathering lightning chakra in your hand and placing it on the ground. Then release the chakra in the form of a large, triangular bolt of lightning that will cut through the ground on the way to it's target with it's high temperature and destructive power. Find a dummy or two to use it on.

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

*I gather a big amount of raiton chakra and perform the hadn seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey. I then channel the chakra into my right palm and focus it there, then release it around my hand, coating it with electrical energy. Once that is done I dash towards a dummie and thrust my hand forewards when I get into range, piercing through it's chest.*

*As your clones start to run at me I gather lightning chakra within my body. I then channel the chakra through my chakra network and release it as a surge of non-focused electricity into the air in front of me. It paralizes the clones on contact, stops their attack and makes them vulnerable.*


(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning TRelease: Lightning Destruction

*I gather some of my raiton chakra and perform the small sequence of required hand seals. I then channel the chakra into my right hand and place my palm on the ground to release the chakra in form of a huge, triangular bolt of lightning, which I direct towards a dummie, mid range from me. The enormous destructive power and high temperature of the bolt allow it to cut through the ground and cause a trench on its way towards the dummie. As the bolt of lightning makes contact with the dummie, it gets destroyed completely.*

Alright, the next one is a variant of chidori. You have to gather lightning chakra in your palm and release it in the form of numerous lightning needles used to pierce specific parts of an opponent's body and numb them.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

Next, gather and compress lightning chakra in the form of a small ball in your palm. By releasing the lightning energy at once create a huge electrical explosion to damage a nearby target. Find a tree to try it on and knock it down.

Finally, perform the Rat, Monkey, Horse, and Tiger handseals and summon sixteen giant pillars of rock out of the ground that construct a giant oven used to trap your targets. Unlike Four Pillar Bind, this one doesn't shoot out lightning.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of lightning release: four pillar bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.
