Okay to start off tell me everything you know about the element of Raiton. Its uses for battle, advantages, disadvantages, its property and structures. Pour out everything you know of Raiton.

Also do you want to do the training RP it out or want to do a straightforward method without RP, anyway I'm okay with what you want.

Lightning release or Raiton, is one of the five basic elemental nature chakra transformation. Lightning as an element is precise and quick. Out of all the elements it requires the most chakra control to use and direct. To form lightning a person has to vibrate their chakra at a high frequency. This is different than earth chakra which is sturdy and water chakra which is free flowing. Lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power. Lightning-natured chakra is a component of the following kekkei genkai: Storm Release.

Advantages :-

• Its piercing characteristic and fast movement.
• The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike.
• It's also possible to infuse lightning into blades and other weapons increasing their overall potency and cutting ability through chakra vibrations with added effect of inducing numbness.
• Lightning is strong against earth because it can just pierce the earth and crumble it. Lightning goes well with water because it is a conducter for lightning causing in increase in damage of lightning attacks.
• It also has a unique relation with water due to it being a conductor of electricity, meaning a water based technique can empower raiton techniques and vice versa.

Disadvantages :-

• Requires great mastery over chakra control if need to direct attacks or make the attacks faster.
• When the technique is released through the bodies, not requiring physical contact, basically it does not move as fast as real lightning, due to the control the user exerts over it, it's practically slower, which can give the opponent the time to react.
• Lightnings weakness is wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.
• Weak Compared to natural lightning.

Lighting chakra, personally I consider it one of my favorite elements. Its a intense element with high frequency and speed, which makes this element the most toughest to control but, very lethal if used correctly. Now if I had to some up why Lighting is such a good element its basically because of its attacking potential though it has been spotted to with abilities for defense and supplementary its obvious to say lighting is much more known for its attacking ability then anything else.
Ways how lighting is such a potent element in its respected field of offense is because of the ways you use lighting in the hope of battle, lighting is a element that pierces, shocks, paralyzes and in some cases can burn. What I mean by burn is lets say we send a lighting attack towards a tree, the tree will catch flame, if I send lighting to armor, the armor will sometimes be burned and to hot to use.
Now lighting is great to use for combos which again just adds to its attack potential. One way that is a obvious one like water, sending lighting towards water, the water acts as a insulator and makes the lighting travel through the water increasing the attack abilities of water and shocking the opponent. One with fire Depends on the type of lighting and fire jutsu, quite frankly if you add the two it would shock and burn the opponent at the same time. Lets say we added a lighting jutsu like false lighting spear (S-Rank) and sent it towards the opponent, then added a fire stream (A-Rank) the spear would be engulfed in fire, so when it hits the opponent it will pierce through him and shock the area like how lighting is supposed to be, but also be burned badly with the fire added.
The ideas go on and on with how lighting can be used. Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart but weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.
Also a added note lighting is not as fast as regular natural lighting. Lighting we make out of chakra runs as fast but nowhere near the speed of natural lighting.

• Water which is conductor of electricity thanks to its impurities so if I am using a pure chakra for producing a water sytle attack and then using lightning will it conduct ????
• Lightning is strong against earth due to its piercing so does that mean my D-Rank Lightning release is enough to pierce C-rank or B-rank earth attack ???
• Another Important question can Sharingan users magnify the level or power of Lightning attack with the help of Sharingan ????

(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.

I want you to focus on your chakra system and gather your raw chakra from all over your body. Send the chakra through your arm all the way to your finger tips. Manipulate the nature of the chakra into raiton chakra and release that raiton chakra towards the dummy next to me. Small bolts of lightning will be released from your fingers and should shock the dummy. Straight forward nothing to much about this technique.
