I channel my rain chakra into the rain in the sky, i manipulate the rain to take on the form of a spear, which i leave in the sky. I watch carefully as a clone is created and it begins running towards me. With a single handseal i call down the spear striking the clone and dispersing it.

Advantages:
- spear stays in the sky for 3 turns, leaving me flexible in when i can use it
- spear is long enough to inflict a fatal wound to an opponent

Disadvantage:
- slight pause in the rain taking place in the spears location when its made can give it away for a keen ninja
- a handseal is required which also usually alerts an opponent

I would use this technique to creat the spear and leave it up there waiting until the opponent is off gaurd, vulnerable or just in the right position and then call it down to strike

"Well done, here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

"Now, next technique starts off with by using your Rain chakra to cause an opponent to "attract" raindrops (you kind of make them like a magnet to a bunch of iron fillings, if you get what I mean). The water from the rain will start collecting on the opponent, and attach themselves onto the opponent's body. Once enough rain has gathered on the opponent, it will also attach with the ground and hold the opponent in place. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

Talos channel his rain chakra into the falling rain into the sky. He begins manipulating the falling rain, making it attract towards a clone of dean. The water begins to build up eventually adding up to the point where the water is in contact with the ground. When the water is covering the clone and making contact with the ground it make the clone stick to the ground in place.

Advantages:
- can immobilize an opponent
- very stealthy for what it does
- no handseals is always a plus

Disadvantages:
- doesnt do any damage
- isnt usefull in close quarter combat

I would probably use it to bind and opponent before taking a lethal shot at them.

"Good, a useful technique indeed. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

"Yet another supplementary technique, the technique starts off by focusing your Rain based chakra around you into the falling rain drops. You will then create clones of yourself which form around you as the rain falls. As they hit the ground, they disappear or when they are hit by the opponent, they are simply destroyed. A distraction technique at it's best, so confuse my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

I channel my rain cahkra into the falling rain manipulating the rain into many clones made form that very rain. The clones fall down all around me, hitting the ground. As they hit the ground the clones begin to dissapear, making it possible to deceive the clone with it.

Advantages:
- multiples clones are made from the rain adding to the affect
- can potentially confuse an opponent that isn't aware

Disadvantages:
- the clones dissapear very easily
- they arent capable of any real damage

Personally dont like this technique, if i were needed to use it i would probably use it in a situation where an unattentive foe was present to decieve them and somehow land a finishing blow.

"Good, and I have to agree, I don't like the technique either. Anyway, here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

"Now for the last C rank. The technique starts off by focusing your Rain based chakra into the clothes of the opponent, which causes the clothing to retain all the water it comes into contact with. As it is already raining, the rain water will cause the clothes of the opponent to become heavier and heavier, later dragging the opponent down. A simple technique but very useful. Best used when it already raining, obviously. Now, use it on my clone, to make his clothes heavy and laugh at him as he struggles to walk."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

I see the clone running at me and channel my rain chakra into his clothing, making it so the already falling rain is retained in the opponents clothing. The rain builds up and up in the clothes as it falls makign the clone heavier and heavier, evenutally dragging him down.

ADV:
- very stealthy in it's approach and no handseals required
- useful supporting technique that can be used in many combos

Disadvantages:
- i presume it take at least a little while to build up so when time is restricted it may not be the best thing
- doesnt do any direct damage to foe

Once there is already rain falling id prolly use this like its intended slowing them down and trapping em in a swamp, force them into electrocuting themselves somehow etc

"Well done, and yeah, the technique is quite sneaky so by the time the opponent figures it out then it might be too late. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment.

"Now for the first technique of the B ranks is quite simple. You will once again manipulate your Rain based chakra, and send it into the clouds, to create a clone from said clouds. This clone looks like you in terms of shape and color, but it has the appearance of moving clouds. Now, this technique is one of those old ones that don't make sense, the clone can receive attacks and also attack (but the technique has no damage points, I'd stray away from using this, as we are currently revamping this crappy Rain list). Use it to take a hit from my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

I channel my rain chakra into the clouds making a clone out of them, it has my overall shape and colour but appearence of the moving clouds. The clone performs a drop kick on the clone of dean but it does no damage.

Advantages:
-no handseals needed for the clone
- clones looks a bit cooler, could make for some sort of rp moment

Disadvantages:
- clone cant do any damage
- wont fool anybody as it doesnt exactly mimic the appearence of you

Usage:

like you said stay away, id rather use a shadow clone if it cant to damage, but i could use it as an attempt to distract someone.

"That's alright. Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

"Now the next technique starts off by forming several hand seals and focusing your Rain chakra into the sky. This allows you to bring together the rain and form several "bullets" of rain. These bullets fall at high speeds, and can cause quite some damage if they hit the opponent. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"After that, form a few hand seals and manipulate your Rain based chakra. You will then place your hands out in front of you, and cause the rain to form into a solid wall of Rain in front of you. Your hands will be connected to said wall, and will stop most Taijutsu and Fire based attacks, but Lightning and Earth techniques are highly effective. An easy technique overall, so use it to stop my clone's Fire technique."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"Lastly, send some Rain based chakra into the sky and create a large nuclei in the sky for the water droplets to condense on. This causes the rain drops that will then fall, to be larger and faster. This doesn't cause damage, but it is quite distracting. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

sorry for the delay

I form a set of handseals as i channel my chakra into the sky and into the falling rain. I manipulate the rain drop to come together and form into thicker bullets of rain that come falling on the clone of dean with greater force than most previous rain techniques. The high speed and of these rain drops makes them even more dangerous as they damage the clone poofing it away.

Advantages: I like how this one can actually do some damage and also that multiple rain drops falls giving more range of affect.

Disadvantages: using it in closer ranges might be harmful to you and the handseals are always a hindrance.

Uses: I would use it probably to rain down on the opponent just as it describes when the opponent is farther than short range and preferable still.

-----------------------

As dean makes a clone, Talos stays alert and watches as he performs a basic fire technique. Quickly Talos formed a few handseals manipulating his chakra into the falling rain right infornt of him as he holds his hand out. Talos creates a wall like shield of rain that blocks the incoming fire.

Advantages: Decent defensive technique that can be used effectively on taijutsu and fire. In addition i presume it form quite quickly.

Disadvantages: The handseals again, i dont like them on basic techniques maybe just a personal quirk, also the wall doesnt defend form above and doesnt counter-attack.

Uses: I probably wont use this, but if i needed to maybe to block basic fire or taijutsu attacks.

------------------------------------------------

I chanel my chakra into the sky forming a nucleus, making the rain drops condense more, making them heavier as they fall. The rain drops fall on the clone of dean who is running forward. They dont deal any real damage but the larger and faster raindrops do distract him, as he is distracted, Talos throws a kunai and kills the clone.

Advantages: Distracts the opponent, is stealthy and lacks handseals making it quicker to execute and harder to notice.

Disadvantages: No real damage is done, which means an opponent will generally shrug it off and continue.

Uses: Probably will use this for RP related purposes, but in a fight maybe ill use it to distract the opponent, i just feel theirs better ways of doing it, and if it isnt raining, making it rain and than using this jutsu is just a waste on your behalf of a possible advantage taking oppurtunity.

"Very good, Mr Talos. Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

"First technique is one that allows you to literally stop Rain, through the use of a few hand seals and rain based chakra. This stops the rain that is falling right where it is, even if it is in mid air. A nice technique to use against another Rain user. Also very easy, so go for it."

Dean makes it rain .________.

"After that, use your Rain based chakra to form existing rain into a dagger like weapon. The dagger is in a solid like form, which allows it to inflict some bad ass damage, and when it enters the human skin, it expands to cause even more damage. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"Lastly, form a few hand seals and extend your dominant hand above your head. This allows you to create an invisible umbrella that stops the falling rain. Great for RP purposes and stopping the acid rain technique, but it cannot stop denser rain based techniques like the Rain spear. So keep that in mind."

Dean makes it rain acid around Talos.

I form a set of handseal and channel my chakra into the falling rain, manipulating it to cease falling. The rain drops stop falling where ever they are mid air. Talos' stopping of the rain made Dean's plan useless >_>

Advantages:
Stops the opponent from sensing your location.
The opponent cannot make use of rain based techniques and has to make it rain again.

Disadvantages:
You also cannot make use of rain based techniques.
And the handseals along with the fact with that the battle situation just goes back to how it was last turn nothing really moved on.

I would use this to stop the rain when i know my opponent can gain a decent advantage over me through the rain at tiger will/ rain element jutsus.

---------------------------

I channel my rain chakra into the rain falling down, manipulating it to take on the form of a dagger. The dagger is solid and it comes flying down at dean's clone who is running at me. As it hits the clone it expands, causing even more damage, making the clone poof away.

Advantages:
No handseals and overall really stealthy technique.
Can cause enough damage to kill if placed right.

Disadvantages:
It isnt a very widespread jutsu, making it easier to avoid.
Not very sueful in CQC

I would use it offensively to attack an opponent who likely has no sensory and preferably is not moving.

-------------------------

Advantages:
An umbrella substitute that quick and easy to use.
Can stop the acid rain technique and other less dense rains from falling on you

Disadvantages:
It is limited to what it can block above you.
Also it needs your hand to be held up.

I would use this to supplement me against lesser rain techs and to provide some rp gains if i go over to amegakure/rainy areas.

"Awesomeness! Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are.

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

"Next batch, here we go. The first technique starts off by using your Rain based chakra and using it to bounce the rain higher into the atmosphere. As they go higher, the rain freezes and falls down similar to hail. However, this is then formed into a net or dome to capture the opponent. Use it on the clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"A similar technique to the rain dagger, where you use your Rain based chakra to form rain into rain daggers. However, in this technique, the rain is bounced higher up and frozen. So this technique, is basically frozen daggers! So yeah, use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"The last technique is almost exactly the same, but it is blades of rain that is bounced up and frozen. They then fall down unto the opponent. "

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

I channel my rain based chakra into the sky and into he rain making it bounce higher. The rain freezes and turns into hail as it falls. While falling the hail turns into a net that traps the opponent.

Adantages:
- Can trap the opponent leaving them vulnerable
- no handseals making it quick to excecute

Disadvantages:
- Not as offensive I believe
- and its not really stealthy

Use: Imprision the opponent as I use another jutsu to finish them off

--------------------------

Channeling my rain chakra into the rain I bounce it up higher. The rain freezes as I manipulate t into daggers that rain down on the clone dispersing it.

Advantages:
Killing potential is high if struck right
Multiple daggers gives a wider area off affecting making hitting easier

Disadvantage:
Shouldn't use it in CQC ;P might stab yo self
Also easier to detect id say

Uses: offensive basically maybe couple it in with a genjutsu or a flash bang

---------------------------------------------

I channel my chakra into the sky and into he rain, making it bounce higher and freezing into blades which come raining down and slicing up deans clone.

advantages:
No handseal makes it easier to use
Harder to out run compared to the single weapon rain jutsu

Disadvantages:
could hurt yourself with this if opponent is too close to you

Uses: This one again basically just offensive use, probably as the opponent is being distracted.

"Hmm, that's alright. Here you go, Talos."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

"Alright, now for the next batch. This is where the techniques become quite strong. The first technique starts off by forming a few hand seals and using your Rain based chakra to send it into the clouds. Then after some development (three turns), the rain will turn into hail that falls down. This hail can be directed towards the opponent, so use it towards my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"Using your Rain based chakra, you can create an artificial snow to fall from the sky, by sending the chakra into the sky. It also takes some development (three turns) and then falls for three turns too. If used in conjunction with Hidden Mist, it is more effective but it affects both your vision and the opponent's. Use it on my clone creatively."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"The next technique is one used to re-make your clouds if the opponent takes them away. With a slam of your hands, you will release a wave of Rain chakra into the ground. This causes all small nearby water sources to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This technique can be used multiple times. Use it to replenish them clouds."

Dean uses a Wind based technique to wipe away the clouds.

i channel my rain chakra into the sky and into the falling rain, manipulating it such that over the course of a set amount of time, the rain that is falling transforms into hail. I redirect this hial towards the clone running at me, pelting it and making it vanish.

Advantages:
- it can be redirected to where it is needed
- alot ahrder/damaging than rain is

Disadvantage:
- takes three turns to form into hail
- requires set amount of handseals, making it slower to exceute and less stealthy

Uses: Probably to distract/ pelt an opponent the basic use, nothing special

--------------

Channeling my chakra into the falling rain i manipulate it such taht over 3 turns it turns into snow that falls down capable of blocking vision slightly. The falling snow slightly impedes the clones vision as i throw a kunai puncturing it.

Advantages:
- makes it harder to see for the opponent
- quick and easy to perform

Disadvantage:
- no offensive capability
- affects the user too

Uses: i dont like this one, but after activating my own sensory id combine it with the hidden mist to make it hard for the opponent to see.

----------

By slamming my hands on the ground i channel my chakra into nearby water sources making them go back up into the sky and reform clouds that the clone had just blown away.

Advantages:
- Allows user to continue using rain jutsu
- also pretty quick to use

Disadvanatges:
- opponent can technically blow them away again
- not useful at all if opponent never blows clouds away

USES: Make it rain again when the opponent takes away clouds.

"Great job, here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Shot-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective. The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

"Now the next technique will remind you of a famous Ninjutsu technique. After a long row of hand seals, focus your Rain chakra towards your palms of your hands. You will then dash towards the opponent, and condense the rain that has gathered at your palms into an orb. Once in close range of your opponent, you will aim the orb towards the opponent, where it will then release a blast of water towards the opponent. Basically a rain Rasengan. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"After that, form the necessary hand seals and form the rain in a radius of 20 meters around your enemy to be formed into many sharp needles of rain. These aren't very strong, but can't cause a lot of damage alone, but together, it's fatal. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"Lastly, focus your Rain based chakra in the air, causing it to form into a pillar of rain in the air. At the same time, focus on a point on the ground where said pillar will land. Once it lands, it deals blunt damage, and disperses into a shock wave of water up to 4 meters around. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

I channel my chakra into the falling rain manipulating the rain to begin forming into a sphere in the palm of my hand. as the cloen ran at me i ran at it slamming my rain orb into it's gut releasing a blast of water making it poof away.

Advantages:
Capable of a lot of damage and possibly bringing an enemy close to death
Can end up blasting them backwards

Disadvantages:
Will require rain to use this when theres already rasengan techs available with the need of rain
Short range only im assuming in this case.

I would use this offensively but probably not use it over the regular or elemental rasengan if i wanted to.

--------------------

I form a set of handseals channeling my chakra into the rain in the sky manipulating it so that the rain in a 20 meter radius of my oppponent falls down as needles which piece the clone all over and poofing him away.

ADV:
Lots of range and reach in this jutsu
Overall pretty dangerous and high killing potential.

Disadvantages:
Can kill yourself with this as well
Does limit your movements as you use it and the handseals

Uses: probably stay farther away and just attack from above like attended, maybe put them in a genjutsu before starting the attack.

-------------------------------------

i channel my chakra into the rain in the sky manipulating it to form into a pillar of rain that i guide down to strike a certain position on the ground. As it strikes, thepillar crushes clone but also unleashes a shockwave 4 meters around.

Advantages:
- even if opponent dodges they can be hit with the shockwave
- i doubt someone would survive a direct hit

Disadvantages:

- its pretty clearly visable and not stealthy at all
-shockwave can possibly hit you too

Uses: I would use it just as stated from above to hit teh opponent making sure im not in the shockwave radius at the time it hits.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water

"The next technique is simply an upgrade of the old, Reflection Rain Clone technique. You will use your Rain based chakra and manipulate it to form the falling rain into reflections of yourself, up to 100 of them. So like clones, but simply reflections that mimic every movement you make. A nice technique for diversionary tactics. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"Next is the Rain trident technique, where you will use your Rain based chakra to create a solid like trident. The trident's length can be altered after creation and also expands when it hits someone or impales them. It is also capable of breaking bones due to blunt force. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.

"Yay, S ranks. First S rank is quite dangerous in nature. The technique starts off by using your Rain chakra and focusing it to a single point. This draws all the rain there, and causes it to spin at high speeds, eventually causing it to draw the clouds there as well. The result is then a powerful wave of water that blasts towards the opponent with enough power to break through armor. The technique doesn't stop unless the chakra that fuels it does. Downside to the technique is that it will chase down anything close to the opponent too, including the user (if you are too close). So keep it in mind and use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Talos.
