"Alright."
As I grab the next balloon, I remember the instructions I was just given.
I put the balloon into the palm of my hand and this time focus my chakra gently till the water starts to move. Noticing how temperamental the balloon can be.
"I have an idea, I need to know something first."
I take a new ballloon and push my chakra into it and start manipulating it into a rotative manner, but this time I am extremely unrelenting with the way I handle the water, the water spins violently and becomes wider at the side then explodes sending water everywhere.
"Ha ha ha, ok now I know what not to do."
I take another balloon and gently let my chakra move the water in it, as I focus on letting it out at the center of my palm.I feel the water moving in the ball with each amount of chakra I let out, trying my best to keep the flow of chakra and manipulation as constant as I can, I then feel the balloon loosing shape like when I practiced a few seconds ago.
"This must be the point." I calm down after noticing the amount of chakra I need, then pick up an additional balloon.
As the chakra moves the water in the new balloon, I focus on the alternate rotations I have to make, as I slowly increase the amount of chakra needed. As the water begins to misshape itself I keep adding additional small omnidirectional rotations the pressure and compressed force makes the balloon explode
