Destruction, ruthless murder, my hatred. I focus on all of this as I open several portals all around your clone that surround him on all sides. Suddenly, Keigoku rushes forth from the portals forming itself into several ropes that bind your clone. When he is fully bound by the ropes, a ninth portal appears completing the binding and making it impossible for the opponent to move.

Pro: Can be formed extremely close to the opponent; effects of Keigoku exposure; binds and restricts motion;

Con: only 3 times a battle; no Nekura techniques above A rank next turn; all ropes must bind the opponent before 9th portal opens.

I think this jutsu would be great for use in the beginning of battle, or for assassination purposes. It could also be used after putting the opponent in a genjutsu to make it harder to avoid.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

Really simple and basic, you just, break down existing keigoku into needles and shoot them at the opponent if they happen to dodge or avoid an keigoku technique, which is actually one of the only ways to counter keigoku.

Lets assume your clone dodges the ropes >.>

As your clone avoids all the ropes, I make three blazing fast handseals and cause the keigoku from the previous technique to turn into several small needles of keigoku that shoot at your clone. As they strike him, they cause severe headaches and cause him to disperse.

Advantages:

  • Can surprise the opponent
  • Effects of previous keigoku attack hit the opponent
  • Number of needles depend on the amount of keigoku from previous technique

Disadvantages:

  • Can only be used 4 times a battle
  • The handseals :|
  • Cannot be used on S rank or higher techniques

Strategies:

I would use it with sunlight traps, if the user dodges the ropes. I would then use this technique and attack from a blind side causing him to be surprised.

( Togesuzumebachi no Ame ) - Rain of Stinging Wasps
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide, causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause. This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Final technique :3 Open portals all in the sky and shiz, which begin raining down keigoku from all over the sky and shiz. The mental strain prevents shit like Fuin/Med/Gen and all other sorts of stuff. Also, this is even harder to avoid xD

-I open several portals in the sky, each fairly wide. I then focus on feelings of destruction and stuff. I then use shape transformation to fashion Keigoku into small raindrops. I then make it rain Keigoku all over the area. Anyone caught within it would begin to feel the effects of Keigoku exposure.-

Pro: hard to avoid; prevents use of things requiring concentration; lasts for two turns
Con: can only be used twice; can be countered with a suitable defense; effects non-Nekura allies.

Combos

I would use this jutsu and then attack while the opponent is distracted and trying to counter the rain drops.
