So, tell me about Ice? What you like about it, why you chose it, etc. Also, we'll go with analysis style. Its a bit long.

Ice is created through the introduction of both water and wind chakra, freezing the liquid and turning it into a solid. This can be quite useful as the use can switch from water natured attacks to Ice ones extremely easy. I chose it as it pairs up well with the other KG of Sand, they have a good type coverage.
I like that its almost as versatile as the water element while its solid nature makes it much deadlier in certain situations.

(Hyouton: Shimogakure no Jutsu) - Ice Release: Hiding in Frost Technique
A technique where you will form a single hand seal, and basically create a cold mist that drops the temperature of the surrounding area. Pretty bad ass.
(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique
After that, a technique where you will be able to make it snow, and after about 3 to 4 turns, the terrain will be covered in snow. Or this technique can also be used to materialize Ice into shapes like pillars, or to make shields, for example.

A thin mist that only really lowers the temperature in the area, the thin mist is really not enough to obscure the opponents sight unless they were in long range perhaps. It can be comboed with jutsu that utilise mist which is useful.
The basic ice make technique, creating snow that covers the battlefield or small tools or pillars of ice. This is fairly basic but is quick o use and the shapes that can be created are only limited by what the user can imagine.

A technique where you will shoot out a cluster of needles of Ice, which are shaped like swallows. These can change direction.
(Hyouton: Hyōrō no Jutsu) Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique
A technique where you will raise a pillar of Ice from the ground, and free the opponent. Or use it on yourself, to defend against stuff. You can move within the ice.

This jutsu is also highly resistant to fire attacks, unable to be destroyed by fire jutsu unless it is higher than C ranked.

This first jutsu is pretty cool for being low ranked, firing out needles of ice in the shape of small birds. They travel very fast and would be highly accurate, in addition they are also homing, able to change direction quickly to keep following the opponent. Its a fairly useful offensive jutsu.
This next jutsu is actually pretty good, shame its not a higher rank. Raise a pillar of ice from the ground that is able to encase a target, able to freeze an enemy in place should you raise it underneath them and restrict their movements. Alternatively you can raise it under yourself to protect you from an attack.

A technique where you will make needles surround the opponent from all sides, of course, the needles are made from ice.
(Hyouton: Usui Kōri no Ue Ni Tatte) Ice Release: Standing on Thin Ice
Form 5 hand seals, and place your hands onto the ice you standing on. This allows you to basically make the ice weaker, or to weaken B rank and below Ice techniques, either through or without contact.
(Hyouton: Sensatsu Suishou) Ice Release: 1000 Needles of Death

In this case, the user does not need to make contact with the jutsu and will instead just transfer his chakra into the ice jutsu he wants to weaken. The affected ice jutsu will be weakened one rank.

This first jutsu is a good offensive asset, creating needles that spawn surrounding the enemy before they converge inwards. The hole at the top gives them an escape route but this is still good pressure overall. Shame its not a higher rank, I like this jutsu.
For this second one it presents an interesting premise, if you are able to set up a battlefield of ice I can see this being useful for some sneaky tactics. The 5 handseals makes this a bit slow and telegraphed however, and it would be difficult to set up a situation in which this would be useful enough. Overall a cool idea but I think its a bit lacking.

A technique where you basically just create an ice dome around yourself, and defend against attacks. Pretty simple.
(Hyouton Hijutsu: Sensatsu Suishō no Shi) – Secret Ice Release: Flying Needles of Death and Destruction
A technique that is a stronger version of Flying Needles of Death, where you will basically form a large amount of needles from the air made of ice, and basically just strikes the opponent. Quite simple.
(Hyouton: Rōga Nadare no Jutsu) Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique
A technique where you will form a pack of wolves, that are made of snow. These comes towards the opponent with great speed. Simple sentient based technique.
